Very poor quality
At the end of each 'first aid awareness module', there is a single question. This in no way tests knowledge and understanding of the content from the video - just a tiny bit of it.
Additionally, instructions conflate two different things, which can effect your answer to the question.
It's also not a substitute for first aid training, yet with all the first aid content and with companies directing people to it, it is clearly being used as such.
Regardless of your score on the first aid awareness course, do a real first aid course.

Our First Aid Awareness course provides care workers and healthcare professionals with essential knowledge and skills for responding to emergencies.
Please be assured that our First Aid Awareness course is not a substitute for practical first aid training, nor is it marketed as such. As per the course page below, the course summary states 'First aid awareness training is not a substitute for becoming a fully trained first aider.'

Appointed first aiders need to be enrolled on a face-to-face course so that they can be practically assessed including performing CPR.
All SCTV courses are modular in design, to support the learner to assimilate information in bitesize chunks. Each 2-3 minute module is tested at the end of the module with either a multiple choice or interactive question and our training programs are designed to enable the learner to watch the video and listen to the voiceover as many times as they wish before answering the associated question. SCTV course content and associated questions have been expertly designed to optimise knowledge retention throughout.
