Such an amazing product, I was worried about how my face would look on the socks as it was a dark image but they came out amazing due to them being brightened, thank you team!

The quality of the product I received from this company was laughable. The cutting around the face looks like it was done by a child, no effort or care taken when doing this. The face is about 10 shades darker than the clear photograph that I uploaded, so much so that the it is barely visible. When I questioned this I was told that it is due to the quality of the photograph I supplied. Even if this was the case (it most definitely wasn’t) they state the following in the FAQs on their website ‘ If ever your photo isn't good enough quality, one of our design team will be in contact to ask you for a new photo’. That clearly didn’t happen! Overall an extremely poor product for the price they charge!

Amazing product and amazing customer service!!!

I clearly wrote instructions of which of the two people in the photo I wanted on the socks (one was a random guy) and they sent the socks with both of their faces all over them. When I emailed about the problem I have been met with no resolution or offer to fix the issue or even a discount. I have even said I will pay again but wanted to enquire as to whether they could be express posted and have now heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. The socks are crappy quality too.

Ordered a pair of socks as a stocking filler but had to ask for a replacement pair because I was really unhappy with what I had received. The material was very cheap, unwearable, and for the price the quality was poor. They cost £20 so I'm not being unreasonable in expecting something that wouldn't fall apart after a single wear. The replacement item was a little better and why it's a 3 and not a 2. Customer services were fast to come back to me to resolve the issue as well so am still able to gift the present at Christmas.

TOP service, very friendly and helpful !!! Socks arrived in a very short time and are just perfect !! I would recommend Socks Smile to all of my friends ! And of course will order more in the future !!!

These were delivered amazingly quickly, and the photo quality turned out really well. We even got an extra surprise - they accidentally printed an extra pair, and bundled it in. I’m already considering getting my brother a full wardrobe with his cats on.

The socks are amazing quality and look just like I imagined them too! The customer service is amazing they are quick to reply, kind and will go out of their way to help out!

An absolute amazing product! The perfect gift for a friend or loved one! The quality of the sock and the resolution of the pictures on the socks is fab! The best part too is they can delivery in 24hours. I needed it for a present for a friend who was emigrating, perfect size to fit in their suitcase and to remember all of us by every time they wear them! The costumer care is also excellent, I needed to amend the order and they got back to me straight away and made my changes immediately.

Exactly what I was after- Something funny to surprise my girlfriend! She loved them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered socks for a friend’s birthday, paid extra to have them shipped express delivery, only to have the socks arrive and have someone else’s order! Instead of the picture being of my beautiful friend, it was of someone’s dog. Usually I’d see the funny side but I wasn’t able to give her a gift on the day. I replied asking for my money back and wasn’t met with a very helpful response, and no money back! So I paid almost £25 for horrible, cheap-looking and feeling socks with a picture of someone else’s dog on them. I would never shop with them again.

I paid £20 for some SockSmile socks. The idea was that I would have my wife's face printed on them as a surprise for the wedding. They were expensive at £20 (without p+p), so I expected them to be of passable quality. Unfortunately, what I received did not even pass for socks. A better description would be two blind ending tubes of material. They had no shape to them at all, so you cannot wear them as socks (they just bunch up and fall down). I assumed it was a mistake so spoke to Kat at the company, but she said "there is some changes is the sock shape during the print process for all of our socks, but this is un-avoidable" - which I think is even worse to be honest, as it means all products would be affected in this way. I wouldn't recommend using them at all.

The service I received for the 2 pairs of socks I ordered was of very high standard. Hannah is so accommodating and kind when it comes to customer service. The socks exceded my expectations and are a great gift for a loved one . So original ! My mother in law loved them!

The service that I have received was in very high standards. I think the quality of service you identify best when something gets wrong. I have ordered two pairs of socks. However, I was not really happy with one of the pair. Thus, I have contacted the customer services and they told me that the photo wasn't suitable. I have sent the alternative photo and they have dispatched it straight away without any extra cost. Plus, this idea is really unique and funny gift! it made me laugh so much when i got it :)
