Perfect present. Ordered two pairs of socks earlier this month for my two children for Christmas stocking fillers. Both pairs are marvellous. My order was delayed due to strikes however the customer support team kept me up to date. Thanks again for all your help team

Order still not received although I placed it on November 30th and it was said to be delivered with the sites guideline. Tried to email but have had no response yet.

We had an absolutely awful experience. Communication was delayed because company is overseas. They got our order wrong and then said they would fix it. After no communication for 2 weeks they refunded us and then ghosted the communication. Very disappointed.

I’m so impressed with the quality of the socks I purchased - they are the perfect Christmas present. The service was excellent, the postage was delayed with Royal Mail strikes but the communication throughout was great. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had to regarding my order. I ordered 4 pairs of personalised socks, from the quality to the fitting of the socks is great. The customer care was outstanding Hannah helped me as I had difficulty with my photo quality. Will definitely be ordering again very soon. Thanks again

Fantastic gift! Received my order yesterday, the socks are fantastic I can’t wait to give them to my brother for a Christmas gift. The customer service team were great

Socks arrived with a print defect, I was ok with that these things happen so not a problem I thought. Customer services took days to respond and said they would redo the order and resend. Poor communication, no updates and given a wrong tracking number all in all they didn’t resend socks, ordered mid November- 3 weeks later still no replacement. They tried blaming the Royal Mail strike but I had no problems with lots of other deliveries. No updates received I had to do all the chasing and corresponding. Avoid this company there are better sock designing companies out there who are cheaper better quality and actually care about their customers.

First order arrived shockingly bad! The replacement was just as bad! Then email was ignored and I was refunded! Disgusting

I placed two orders with Sock Smile, involving a combination of errors on my part and theirs. What I really appreciated about working with them was that they immediately made their errors right and they were quickly helpful when I messaged them about my own error. Mistakes happen! I appreciate that they resolved issues quickly.

Hannah is brilliant and a true asset to the company. She went out of her way to make sure I received my order. The socks are beautiful and truly did make me smile. So nice, I’ve ordered another pair.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered when buying a product online. Did not receive product. Did not receive a refund. Was promised replacement product and a refund but have been in conversation with them for a month and have received nothing besides my time being wasted.

Order process was super easy and when I had a query someone got back to me very quickly.
And when the custom photo socks arrived (also quickly) they well exceeded my expectations. Great company and service.

I bought socks for my friend as it was her birthday and they are amazing quality!! The customer service is great too! I had Hannah helping me and she really helped and was quick replying! Would defiantly order again!

I think they were lost in mail for a few days, but Hanna got back to me right away. The socks are super cute!! I see more in my future!!

Very impressed with the choice on their website and it’s a great site for anyone wanting an unusual or different gift. The socks feels very soft and the image printed on them is so sharp. I was worried that I’d hadn’t completed my order correctly and when I contacted them HANNAH promptly replied and reassured me that everything was fine. She made me feel I was very important and nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service and I’ll be recommending them to everyone.
