Honestly can’t fault this company, so caring and professional. Frank and his colleague are great, Frank answered all my questions and I had a few, nothing was too much trouble. I had two armchairs delivered from DFS , I knew they would not fit through my flat door so looked into alternatives, then I found Sofa Assist and Frank , on the day my sister was with me and she said you chose a very professional company and very caring. They even unwrapped the armchairs and put the feet on. Do not hesitate to use this company.

Frank and team are true professionals. Extra large sofa hoisted through window in Victorian flat. Everything handled gently with no damage internally to the flat or hallway. Would use again

Bowled over by their help. Within an hour of emailing them a quote to take a sofa apart, they contacted me for a video call and talked me through how easy it would be for me to actually take the sofa apart myself. Really impressed as clearly, it would have been easy for them to say nothing and just do the job for me. If ever a job comes up like this again, I would absolutely use them. Very rare to see this sort of service these days

Frank’s team were as punctual, kind, friendly & professional as they were the last time we used them for a previous house move, and we’re extremely grateful for a straight-forward, pleasant process in the midst of a chaotic house move. I bought my dream sofa and believed it would fit in my flat (never rely on chat gpt!). After 5 hours of trying I called Frank and next day within 30 mins the impossible was possible. He and Adrian smashed it in under 30 mins. Next time I'll save myself the hours and stress and just call them right away

Frank is a life saver. We moved house and our sofa didn't fit.

We thought it was going to cost us grands. But thanks to Frank for video calling my partner, he was able to tell us how to take the arm off.

We now have a finished living room with our gorgeous sofa which we thought we was never going to get in

Following our experience with getting a large sofa into our apartment on the 26th floor where the lift was not big enough we cannot speak too highly about Sofa Assist and the Team led by Frank.They were really good and did not make any mess and treated the common parts of the building and our own apartment with great care and attention.

We had a very large, beloved 30 year old sofa that our removal company couldn’t get up to the first floor, so it was stuck in the kitchen for a few weeks! Then we found Sofa Assist, and Frank and his assistant came over the following morning. Frank is obviously very experienced, he tried every which way to get it up the stairs but when that failed he winched it up outside the house and in through the first floor living room window! We are so grateful that his amazing expertise finally put much loved sofa in its rightful place.

All arrangements were thorough and accurate prior to the two guys arriving on time. They were polite. professional, efficient and speedy. They clearly were very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Our large sofa was delivered through the first floor window with no issues at all. Thank you!!!

Super efficient and flawless services. Frank and Adrian were incredibly polite and a pleasure to have in the house. They had to move a tricky sofa bed up three floors, dismantling and reassembling the solid frame. Top marks!

We did not have the job completed by Sofa Assist (only due to the significant distance) but the support from Frank was truly incredible.
We had a Parker Knoll sofa that wouldn't fit through the door or even the window - it seemed no-one was willing to take the job on. I called Sofa Assist and Frank was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After taking the time to look at photographs, he reassured us that it was possible and pointed us towards a solution.
Thanks to him (and a wonderful team of upholsterers from Liverpool) we are all set for Christmas.

Cannot rate SofaAssist highly enough.
We were so disappointed to find out our couch wouldn’t fit in our doorway. However, we contacted SofaAssist who were so flexible and agreed to arrive on our re-delivery date. The two guys who arrived were so helpful and friendly, and a great laugh. They had the sofa in in a really short amount of time! We are so delighted with the service. Thanks to all the team

We were in despair in that our (very expensive) living room furniture couldn’t be brought up the stairs of our block of flats. A TV unit, a living room display cabinet and a sideboard couldn’t come in because of the low ceiling in what is otherwise a generous stairwell.

We were recommended to Frank at Sofa Assist, who came to visit and assess the problem. We were reassured by his calm assessment of the problem and he proposed that he dismantle the pieces where he could - these aren’t easily taken apart because they are high quality pieces that are glued, not screwed together.

The assessment was that with the plinths removed and the doors and shelves taken out, they could probably be manoeuvred around the staircase corners, but if not they could be brought up to the third floor via an extendable hoist.

Along with four men from the furniture store delivery team, Frank and his assistant brought the whole lot up the stairs with no trauma or damage at all. That isn’t to say that it was easy, it wasn’t … the manoeuvring required was complex and exacting and the issued verbal instructions extensive.

I can’t recommend Frank and Sofa Assist enough. All those sleepless night worrying that we’d have to return the furniture and lose our deposit due to re-stocking (let alone having to find suitable replacements) were for aught.

Excellent service, professional, friendly, fair,kind I could go on and on, wouldn't use any other service. Thank you Frank and team for everything, you have really turned this nightmare around for me.

Frank couldn't be anymore helpful. He answered all calls immediately and provided guidance to try and resolve the issue myself before requiring his services. Couldnt recommend Sofa Assist enough
