I called sofa assist to ask if someone could dismantle and assemble my sofa as it wouldn't fit in the door. Frank was very helpful and honest and told me it was job I could myself and it would save me ALOT of money too. He told me exactly what to do step by step and what tools I needed. He even said I could facetime him if needed for more assistance. He explained everything perfectly and myself and a friend of mine were able to dismantle and put the sofa back together! I wouldn't have been able to do this without Frank's advice and assistance. He saved me so much time and money thank you! I would definitely recommend this service.

I never take the time to write reviews but Frank and Adrian are something else! From the moment I called to enquire I experienced nothing short of the friendliest service I’ve ever seen in London. Not only did they seamlessly move our sofa into the flat (after waiting outside over an hour for the delayed delivery) they actually left our window in better condition than they found it! After noticing an issue they took the time to replace a few screws and fix the sliding mechanism. Very appreciative of their thoroughness and professionalism. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Frank and Adrian are miracle workers! Cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole process from start to finish was excellent.

Frank and his team helped get our sofa into the living room by removing the front window. We were amazed how quick it was! No damage done to the window and they even helped set up the newbsofa. Communication was good and they arrived exactly when we needed them.

Fabulous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Recently moved into a new house with the living room on the first floor, and my sofa wouldn’t fit up the stairs; these guys sorted it within minutes without batting an eyelid. They really know their stuff and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Can’t recommend Frank and Adrian highly enough, the whole process has been seamless from the initial phone call to removal of the sofa. Very friendly and professional. They were very careful with the sofa and inside the house at all times. Can’t believe they managed to get the sofa out over a high garden wall and on to a shed over the other side and then down on to the ground. They made it look easy! Great job!

After driving myself crazy thinking there was absolutely no way my bulky sofa was going to get into my new flat, the team reassured us they'd be able to do it after asking for a few details and got us booked in for the next working day.

I called Sofa Assist today, I had a large sideboard delivered as I live in a town house with a slim staircase, the delivery men were unable to take the sideboard up.
Sofa Assist were able to offer their services within 1 hour of calling. The team were professional, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend! Thank you guys for your hard work, you saved my day

One of the best companies I have ever used. Frank and Adrian are very helpful, know what they are doing and put you at ease in a friendly way. I had problem with getting a very large and very expensive sofa in the house, the delivery company left it outside and it was starting to rain. I called them and in less than an hour they came and sorted everything out. Frank said "trust me I know what Im doing" and he was right. A big thank you to Frank and Sofa Assist. Would recommend anytime.

Frank & Adrian, you have made me very happy. My sofa is now in situ and I can’t thank you enough! Sofa Assist succeeded where others failed - (two failed delivery attempts and very poor service from another company). I would highly recommend Sofa Assist for all sofa deliveries but also the customer service is top drawer. Great company and very pleasant experience.

Frank was exceptional in helping get our sofa into our flat. Had to be hoisted up to 3rd floor over the balcony and then helped assemble the rest of it once inside. Amazing. Life saver!

We live in Scotland so Sofa Assist were unable to physically help with moving the huge and heavy corner sofa we had bought 2nd hand up into our attic living room. Frank made a video call to us and kindly guided us through how to take the sofa to bits in order to get it up and around the awkward staircase - Before contacting Sofa Assist I had almost given up hope of getting it up the stairs and thought we may well have to sell our lovely sofa on again. Thanks to Frank's advice it is now upstairs and looking great - all free of charge and out of the goodness of his heart! Thank you so so much for all your help :)

Frank and Adrian were the ultimate professionals. I had a very tricky job moving a 150kg object through a tight space and they handle it beautifully. I went to 4 different moving specialists prior to finding Sofa Assist and all said the job couldn't be done. Frank found a way and I am forever grateful!

Frank was a huge help for us in getting the Sofa into the Living room. You could see he had clear experience and knew exactly what to do when we'd all given up on getting it into the space.
