Had my sofa delivery this week , went for the Paris chesterfield. Amazing quality and looks better than high street stores thank you very much :)

Any one thinking of buying of these bunch of scum I’d think again my daughter bought a corner sofa from them and when it arrived it didn’t fit together the feet were sent with decking screws and the cousin had paint on it only after we left bad reviews did they decide to reply to our calls and texts which by the way was at 3 am they’ve then promised a replacement which was to be delivered today and isn’t the sofa she was promised and also absolutely pissed wet threw and came with no feet then we came to realise the delivery drivers have damaged the walls in her nearly decorated flat which obviously they are denying any one with any sense about them will stay well clear of these absolute con men

Nothing but a bunch of con men who deliver sofas what don’t even fit together and then turn up with a replacement damage all the newly decorated walls and leave a sofa what is wet and when told that the sofa was wet they had no interest and drove off laughing 😡 my daughters left with a wet sofa in her lounge on her brand new carpets this was meant to be her 21st birthday present 😢 if anyone has any sense do not give this company your money there out to rip people off!

Disgraceful service and quality! Had a replacement sofa sent out as the first sofa had blue paint on when it arrived and had no brackets on one side to attach the corner sofa together! The second sofa that has arrived has the brackets on upside down so they cannot connect together and has arrived WET! When explained this to the delivery drivers they were rude and not interested. Rang the company multiple times and had no answer!

VERY BAD QUALITY. AFTER 5 WEEKS SAG INSIDE SOFA AND CREAK. COLOUR WRONG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.....

Absolute diabolical service from them and the delivery company! Didn’t inform me on day of delivery my sofa wasn’t coming , ignored my calls for 3 days then when it was rebooked for delivery they again didn’t tell me it wasn’t coming for another 4 days , I had to find out via finance company!! Ended up cancelling the order

They are a bunch of cowboy night time scammers who deliver wrong goods but still demand payment,AVOID AVOID AVOID at all cost,DO NOT deal with these people,they will rip you off and won’t care and then ignore your calls and texts

I ordered a three seater brown settee in January and had the delivery date for today (long wait).. after trying all day to get in touch for a rough delivery time, I was told at 6.30pm that they haven't got my sofa.. they offered me a two seater grey one instead.this firm are a pack of cowboys..they need closing down, I'm not letting this go..they are a disgrace and people need to know.. I've now been blocked by them

After having a recent misunderstanding with sofa cabin I AM PLEASED TO SAY they honoured my guarantee and bent over backwards to solve my problem. They were on the ball... THANK YOU SOFA CABIN FOR OUR AMAZING SOFA...

Terrible service! I ordered a swivel chair on 19/02 and was told it would be 3-5 days delivery. I paid in full on the site. After about 7 days I rang and was told they use a currier service and they will be in touch soon with a delivery date. Rang a few more times after that to be told the same thing. Yesterday (11/03) i had a Facebook message from them asking if my order was still outstanding so I rang them. The bloke told me the order was showing as “out for delivery” and would be with my by next week. Woke up this morning (12/03) to them having refunded me. No communication whatsoever. Such a poorly ran company. I would avoid ordering from them. (I live in Cornwall so this might be a reason why but it’s still no excuse for poor communication. A quick phone call costs NOTHING people)

Great sofa for a great price and it came within 7 days just as promised

I could not rate this company anymore if I tried. At first I’ll admit I was a little worried and sceptical. They were so much cheaper for what I wanted compared to other companies and ordering online without seeing them or knowing what they felt like to sit on was obviously a bit of a worry.
But I had no reason to worry. Ordering was simple, and from the date of order to the date of delivery was just 4 days!! I was amazed. The delivery company were very helpful and called when they were a couple of hours away to make sure I was home. The sofas look amazing and are sooo comfy. I’m so glad i went ahead and ordered.

I bought the Havana recliners suite, absolutely love my news sofa’s from sofa cabin, quality is better than the high street shops :)
