I ordered the sofa yesterday and am currently sitting on it in my living room less that 24 hours later!!!

It’s beautiful. The team at Sofa & Friends couldn’t have been more helpful!

I went into the show room in Croydon on Sunday, and I had my sofas delivered by the Friday!! Typically the wait time for sofas is 6-8 weeks, so I was thrilled with how quick I had the sofas in my home. From the very beginning Rad was great! Answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the sofas. I went for the Tignes in the colour rabbit, and I am absolutely in loveeeeee!!! Looks exactly like the pictures online and comes with the pillows. I seriously cannot fault anything. I would also like to thank Saif and Lee who delivered the sofas. They kept me well informed on the day as per the expected delivery time, assembled the sofa exceptionally quickly, and removed all rubbish. I will be recommending sofas and friends to my family and friends. I am so thrilled with my sofa, thank you!!!

Experience of visiting the shop in Coventry was most helpful. Staff were knowledgeable and able to give good advice - and were very polite, without being in anyway pushy.

Delivered by 2 very polite men who were friendly and respectful to my home, furniture was placed as I wanted it and all packing was taken away. My new sofa is so lovely and the quality is A1 very happy with my purchase.

Thanks guys the perfect sofa. We were looking for a deep sofa and after visiting 5 of the leading high street stores. Who I found very expensive and didn't have what we wanted. I said to my wife let's find a smaller shop that does not have the overheads of these huge companies. She went onto Instagram and found Sofa and Friends, who she had actually been following for a while as she loved the look of their sofas. The only thing if was a 4 hour round drive to their only showroom. We decided to visit and so happy we did, the service was great, friendly, helpful and not pushy. Very informative too. When the sofa was delivered the two guys were so helpful. We picked a big corner and they managed to get it in through a very tight area. So really happy with service from beginning to end...... Oh yeah and most importantly much cheaper than the 'big boys'....... Sitting on the sofa writing this now, so happy.... Thanks

Having followed your company on instagram for some time and read all the reviews and delivery times - decided to make a purchase for my newly decorated lounge. Easy ordering process , and spoke with one of the team re a delivery schedule that suited me. Nothing was a

The sofa is excellent. Actually bigger ( & better ) than expected. The Bormio 3 seater would easily sit 4. I love it and suits my room perfectly Thanks again x

Re my delivery i had one text email communication from the delivery company
The text email said they would come between 7am 10am and they arrived at 1pm still no apology for wasting my morning I had to cancel work because
of it .

I ordered this sofa online and it was delivered within 24hrs, I was shocked. Delivery men were fantastic. They took their time despite much struggle to maneuver the sofa through my living room door. It took some figuring out but they did it. They were very patient.

I bought this sofa four months ago and it still smells strongly of garlic and onions. This isn’t food-related — it’s a chemical issue called off-gassing, where materials like foam, glue, and flame retardants release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) into the air. It’s a known problem that can cause long-lasting, unpleasant odours — and in my case, it’s a constant garlic/onion stink that hasn’t gone away.

The company has tried to say they offered solutions, and they clearly didn’t want me leaving a review like this — but here it is, because people need to know the truth.

Their first offer was to send out cleaners. But cleaning doesn’t get rid of off-gassing. It only masks the smell, which always comes back. That’s not a solution — it’s a temporary cover-up.

Their second offer was to replace the sofa. Again, completely useless to me. I live in a small apartment and the layout makes it impossible to get the sofa back out. I was lucky to get it in at all — it had to be carefully manoeuvred in, and it’s not coming back out without damage. I knew that from the start and accepted it, because I had no intention of moving for years.

What I didn’t accept was being sold a sofa that hadn’t finished off-gassing. That part is entirely on them. When I brought it up, they claimed it was the first time they’d ever heard of this kind of complaint — which is simply not true. Off-gassing is a known issue in furniture manufacturing.

So now I’m stuck with a £2,000 sofa that makes my home stink, that I can’t return, that I can’t fix, and that I have to keep cleaning just to barely manage the smell.

None of their “solutions” help me at all in my situation. This is a manufacturing issue, and they’ve left me to deal with it.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Edit: seem as you replied I stated above the things you offered and none would have been helpful to me a professional clean would not get rid of of-gassing ! And like I stated to you on phone and here I can’t remove the sofa without damage !!! This should not of happened at all so everyone be aware !

Really amazing company.
The sofa is stunning, amazing quality and such good service. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and had arranged for a delivery Saturday afternoon.
From viewing, to buying, to delivering all in under 48 hours...Where else can you get that kind of service?!
Had so many compliments on the Tignes sofa, I really do love it!

Really happy with the sofa I got from Sofa and Friends. it’s comfortable and looks great. The whole process was smooth, from visiting the Croydon store to ordering online. Customer service over WhatsApp was helpful, including a video recording they asked to check it would fit through the doors and passage way. The delivery team set it up and took away my old sofa, which was really handy. Communication throughout was clear and consistent. Overall, I’m pleased with the service and would recommend them. I’d definitely buy from them again.
