I desperately need a single seater…
I desperately need a single seater recliner for health reasons. There is one that I like in London Bentalis Sofaworkshop. I would love to buy it. But "it can't be sold."
I have placed an order for two single recliners. But 20 week wait is far too long. To reduce the wait time there should always be a few in the pipeline to the UK. Clever stock control would make the process viable.

That considered the lead-times are slightly longer that we would like, however due to varied geopolitical situations and the effects of the pandemic shipping is more difficult in the current landscape and we wish to be forthright in offering a viable lead-time to you.

Exceptional service.
We bought our current sofa, Aalto, a few years ago and having contacted Sofa Workshop found it was no longer made.
We were initially disappointed as this included the colour too. But from Rory to Pat (Manchester) we were provided with excellent support and service to find a companion piece to fit our slightly awkward bay which included samples to ensure colour matching and regular email contact.
Nothing was too much trouble. We did a final ‘sit’ test and placed our order. Just now excitedly waiting for delivery!!

Botanical linen Pink sofa faded in 6 months
I bought a sofa in the Black Friday sale online in November 2020. After much terrible communication and customer service the sofa arrived in March 2021 but the wrong fabric and colour and had to go back.
Finally the botanical linen pink sofa I had chosen arrived in may 2021
The sofa was lovely. A beautiful rose pink linen. It’s in my north facing sitting room that gets no sunshine. 6 months later and all the seat cushions have faded to a pale pink. The back and sides have also faded but not as badly.
It’s a complete mismatch.
I won’t be returning the sofa as the customer service last year was so bad they eventually gave me the sofa for free. However, I now have a sofa that is badly faded and looking like it will fade some more. The colour swatches I had a year ago are now faded to almost cream so I’m anticipating the sofa is going the same way.
I cannot recommend this company or their products.

Larrissa was absolutely fantastic
Larrissa was absolutely fantastic. She didn't pressure us and then when we needed advice she was on hand. Always pleasant and smiling she understood our needs and talked through the options. She also made sure we could have the chaise fixed at either end of the sofa by crocodile clips. She was instrumental in us buying from sofa workshop again and is a credit to your organisation

Excellent shopping experience!
The service was excellent and Larisa was very helpful, took the time to explain everything and always with a smile! The shop was very busy with customers but both shop assistants were extremely polite, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop for its excellent service! Now I’m hoping that the products will match the service 🙂

Went in the shop, was left to browse and sit under the watchful eye of the staff who were covid compliant…Then the staff helped us through the process and coped well with the changes we made when we got back home.
All good.
Delivery periods seems to be overly long but not affecting us.

Greeted warmly at the door by Jane at your Harrogate showroom. Ushered to the particular Gainsborough sofa we were interested in. Jane dressed the sofa in different materials which was most useful to imagine the finished look.
Jane did the same with the Peter Electric chairs. We bought the sofa and two chairs. Very happy with our purchases and have decided to return to view for our lounge area. Good quality sofas too good to miss. Thank you Jane for a pleasurable shopping experience.
