Service in shop was great
Service in shop was great. Slightly disappointed at the lead time for the two chairs (20 weeks) but not unexpected in the current environment. Can't comment on the finished product yet.

Lovely showroom & excellent service. Found the perfect sofa in the sale for half price. The only problem is the long wait for delivery extended by out of stock fabric. But should be worth it!

Great customer service and great products
Great customer service and great products, I have dealt with a few furniture companies recently and they have all been rubbish. This was a refreshingly good experience great staff in the store, Tiffany was excellent and kept us updated, lovely people making the appointments for delivery and the guys that made the delivery couldn't have been more professional. We are very happy customers!

Really pleased with my sofa and chair. Great service and they kept me up to date through out the order and delivery period regarding what stage my delivery was at.
Was delighted with the delivery team who were very helpful, set the furniture up and then took all the rubbish away with them.

Where is our sofa
Where is our sofa?
We purchased a sofa from sofa workshop Exeter and they were very helpful. Since then Exeter has closed down and the service we have received has been shocking!
Nobody at head office answers the phone and as for the delivery company I have just held on for 51 minutes and still not got threw! I have been ringing for a week to get a delivery slot and still not been successful.
Several times we have called the Bath store and they have been helpful but they cannot get threw to head office either!
So disappointing as we have already given our sofas to a charity as the delivery was meant to be the first week in January.
Could somebody please help organise to at least answer your phones!!!

the staff in the shop in Bath were great and nothing was too much trouble. Yjet even moved a chair next too the sofa we wanted so we could see what it looked like.
The only downside is the wait for it.
Price was excellent and the fabric choices were perfect.

So helpful and jumped straight on my request for samples on Boxing Day - I had requested them whilst scrolling on Christmas Day. In the shop we met with Alejandra who was so helpful and explained everything clearly. My sister has had two Caruso sofas for around 10 years and other than being recovered to match the change in décor they are going strong, so I decided Sofa Workshop was the best option. Hopefully I will be raving about the sofa when it arrives.

I visited the St Albans branch and the service was exceptional; attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
It’s a shame the wait for the sofa is 20 weeks, but because of the care I was given, I am happy to wait.
