Helpful professional assistance in selecting a chair
I had great friendly advice in selecting a reclining chair in the shop. Weaam offered to sit next to me, when I pondered how easily it would seat two people. She helped me to measure the chair at an angle to see how readily it would fit into my home. She showed me the features, and talked me through various options.

Very good service
I have not bought anything from Sofa Workshop yet but have been impressed by the service I have had from one of the assistants in the Goodge St branch, Tiannah. She was extremely helpful during my visit to the shop and listened well to my needs. She promised to inform me of several things, as and when appropriate and I thought I would not hear form her again. However, true to her word she emailed me each time it was appropriate to do so to let me know. This is the kind of 'face of the company' that is needed, someone who does what they say they are going to do.

Absolutely fabulous service by the lovely Miss Tia at Sofa Workshop in Tottenham Court Road (Goodge Street station):. I already knew what I wanted but not the fabric or colour. The best shopping experience ever
The best shopping experience ever. I was furniture shopping today and having spent 15 miserable minutes in DFS Tottenham Court Road where the 2 salesmen ignored me for the entire time and did not lift their eyes from their phones, I then went into Sofa Workshop by Timothy Oulton and had the best shopping experience ever. I walked in with a coffee and said to the sales person that I would be careful. Instead of frowning she asked me if I would like a biscuit with it! She helped me find the sofa that I loved, physically rearranged the modules to the arrangement I required. She sat me down and brought my fabric choices to view in situ, explained everything clearly and then emailed me the quote. I cannot say how much it contrasted with my earlier DHS experience. Nothing was too much trouble for WEAAM, her knowledge was immense and at Her fingertips. It was a genuinely fabulously impressive experience. I might have to wait until the sofa is in the sale but when I can afford it I will be going straight to WEAAM to make my purchase.
