We had a terrific experience with Tiannah. She was extremely helpful and followed up on issues for us.

Excellent reception on arrival at both the Tunbridge Wells and Lakeside Thurrock shops. Staff who listened to our requirements and allowed us to consider options without any hassle. Good selection of products to consider. Provision of fabric samples helped choice to be made. Helpful information on manufacture and materials.
As a result, 3 items ordered. We look forward to delivery in line with guidelines given. Very happy!

Staff are excellent; helpful and knowledgeable helping us choose the right sofa to fit into an awkward space. Fabric swatches were posted to us so we could chose at home. The furniture is exceptionally high quality and stylish.

The staff at the Bath shop are always very efficient, now on my third sofa from them. The lead time for a a new sofa is however very disappointing almost the same as a new car, but sofas don't need chips!

We were looking for our retirement sofas and had, we thought, a comprehensive list of wants and not wants. I had previously spoken to a member of staff by phone, and had eliminated the company as they did not have what we required. We were passing randomly one day and I thought we would go in and see what the stock was like out of curiosity, and thank the staff for their help. There was one recliner sofa on display so we tried it out to see how it compared against other models in different companies. The moment we reclined, we knew this was the one! Laid back with your feet slightly higher than your head is so incredibly relaxing, we felt like Apollo astronauts on take off! Thanks to all 4 members of staff who patiently answered all our questions and explained everything from manufacturing to delivery. They even helped by tipping the sofa over to see how we could build a plinth if necessary, to raise it higher in our twilight years.
No hesitation to recommend your company.

Recently and my wife fell in love with a very large massai mirror. The sales lady whose name was Weaam was very friendly and informative. The mirror was delivered a few days later by a 2 man team all in tack with no scratches.
We are very pleased with our Purchase.

I want to highlight outstanding service provided by Gillian Pritchard during our visit to the Sofa Workshop branch in Nottingham. Gillian instantly made us feel welcome as we arrived, giving us time to browse in store. Over the weekend, we made a number of visits to the store to make sure we’d made the right choice. Gillian’s expert product knowledge and attention to detail supported our product choice. Another great thing about Gillian is her personable nature, with the whole experience over the weekend a pleasure. We left not only with a fantastic sofa and chair, but a great contact who provides outstanding service.

I visited the Chiswick store a couple of weeks ago and was helped by Bronwen. This is my first sofa purchase and while I had an idea of what I wanted, Bronwen really helped me pick out the appropriate colour for the space it was going in (which is something that I've never experienced in a sofa store). She also made me feel really comfortable in my decision.

I mentioned that I was worried about the piece fitting in the narrow corridors of my building, and she suggested an access check to be sure. Great idea because the original piece actually wouldn't have fit! I had a back up option which I have purchased and am even more happy with than my original.

I am waiting to receive my sofa currently - it should arrive in June (long waiting times across the board it seems!). Hoping I love it as much as I did in store.

I rarely write reviews but the experience I had at the Sofa Workshop was so extraordinarily positive that I felt the need to. The effort that Aiza Hayat made for myself and my wife truly went above and beyond. They were running a big sale and were very busy but that didnt stop Aiza and her colleagues from trying to find us exactly what we needed. They hunted the warehouse, other locations etc. Anyway Aiza was wonderful to deal with as was her store manager. Great people very professional would highly recommend.

Tia's patience to understand my needs as well as identifying exactly the right options was such a refreshing experience.

After our initial consultation, Tia organised swatches, followed-up to check on progress, and overall provided a first-rate service.

Very friendly, supportive and understanding. We were given all the information and time to think things through to arrive at a decision.

My only constructive criticism is that it would most desirable to include supporting cushions (in the same fabric) for The Jola Small because of the depth of the seating as many people would struggle to sit comfortably without back support. Your other designs do come with cushions. I would like a response to this request… please. Thank you. Paul Canham
