Sofa Workshop 

We had a wonderful time with Millie in the Bath store. She was attentive and friendly and while we didn't have time to take her up on her kind invitation for a glass of champagne, she suggested we come back another time and enjoy one :-)

We dealt with Gillian Pritchard at the Nottingham Store and learnt more about sofas and quality leather than we ever knew before. Gillian was knowledgeable, professional and helpful, has a great sense of fun and we enjoyed our visit to your store. These are handmade sofas and armchairs, with custom sizes, fabrics and fillings. Design has been thought about and the wow factor delivered.

Well what can I say other than perfect!
I started casually looking for a new sofa in August 2020 and on entering the Nottingham store I was greeted by Gillian who welcomed us but was not too intrusive. Gillian offered us drink and got to know a little about us and what we were looking for.
We didn't place our order during Lockdown 3 in January 2021.
I have to say we had a few problems with our delivery but there is an old saying that you never know how good a company is until it goes wrong, well our delivery did go wrong but with Gillian's brilliant support it was resolved with as little inconvenience to us as possible. We are now very happy owners of a Sofa Workshop sofa and would definitely recommend the services of Gillian at the Nottingham store.

Bronwen at Chriswick was very helpful regarding delayed delivery. This is NOT the fault of Sofaworkshop simply covid delays with shipping.

Aiza was very helpful in my choice of armchair. She kept me informed of the process so I was able to make the right decision. As I’ve just ordered the chair I can’t do a full review of the Sofa Workshop as I haven’t received the item as yet. So hoping that it will be as seamless as choosing one was. So thank you again Aiza and if I hear that someone is looking for an item of furniture then I will point them in your direction.

Ordered a sofa from the Harrogate store this weekend. Michael Broom was excellent, so helpful and informative without being pushy. I was dreading sofa buying but he made if a much easier experience than I’d anticipated.

We had an excellent service we had looked earlier in the year and were served by 3 assistants throughout the eventual purchase all 3 were extremely helpful and very natural in there customer service skills. Although the quality of the sofa was the main selling point and it’s wonderful comfort. We used the Bristol branch due to the Exeter one closing very sorry it had to close.

I was very pleased with the overall experience with this Store. There was no hard sell and more importantly the Sales staff were knowledgeable of their products and advised accordingly.
I would recommend visiting the Lakeside Store and speaking with Tiffany.

Your member of staff at the showroom was very helpful and informative. I placed my order by telephone and the person I spoke to was very efficient and friendly.

Bit disappointed the sofa I chose wasn't in the show room to look at , and have a sit on .
And the waiting time is 16-18 weeks
But I'm sure it'll be worth it !

We dealt with Michael Broom at Harrogate who was nothing short of brilliant. He guided us through every step of the selection process, challenging our misconceptions around the choice of velvet and giving us expert advice. A real asset to your company.

I was greeted by a staff member when I entered the store and was directed to various sofa styles. I was asked what I was looking for and the staff member listened and was very helpful. I returned the day later for further advice and made a purchase. All staff members were helpful and chatty and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent service from your staff when I purchased my chair .

However when I revisited the store to show my friend the chair as it is not on your website.

The representative who I spoke to on that occasion was rather unhelpful when I asked if it was possible to purchase material that the chair was covered it to recover a footstool he response was a terse NO .

Not very helpful. Very disappointed indeed .
