Everything was so easy from start to finish. Fantastic staff - very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, listened and provided different options to meet our needs.
The installers were exceptional - friendly, polite, and were able to explain everything in lay person’s terminology.

Upgrade of hot water system
Removal of old roof top solar hart and installation of new heat pump was done with a minimum of fuss. the heat pump works incredible well as we now have hot water 24/7.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with my experience. After the installation, pieces of my old smashed hot water system were left scattered across my lawn instead of being cleaned up. I also found the conduct of some of the contractors to be completely unprofessional, with swearing and conversations about drugs while working at my property.
I expected a much higher standard of workmanship, site clean-up and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience I had, and I wouldn’t recommend this service based on how the job was carried out.

Solarhart O'Connor, WA was informative, reasonably priced, communication was excellent, payment was made easy, sale was well explained and considerate. Tradesmen who did the installation were on time, efficient, coped well with the steep driveway without complaint (we've had a few roof top installations in 40plus years).They were efficient and patiently explained how the system operates and that new Solarhart hotwater systems are a little different to 15years ago..and are more efficient now. Well done team! So refreshing to do business with a local company who are pleasant, considerate, communicate well and they let us know that after purchase service will be equally good. This team have kept up their good work for over a decade! Congratulations!
