From the initial contact from Carl to the installation by his team ECH are a great bunch, They know there onions and operate without the pressure sales techniques of other companies and you do feel they have your interests at heart all through the process.
Pricewise they are in the middle which is where you want to be, buy cheap you could buy twice and no sense paying over the odds, so no hesitation in recommending them.

I was contacted by several suppliers very quickly, they all had accurate information about my requirements, and I expect to be able to proceed to suit my needs. Solar Guide have provided excellent service, thank you.

From initial contact the information from Matthew and Halo renewable was excellent. No hard sell just honest guidance on what would be the best set up for my needs. Solar PV is saving me £100s and heating water for free and saving gas costs too. My system is far exceeding any of my expectations and in under 30 days has generated 340Kwh of free electric. Very highly recommended and all tradespeople are skilled, tidy, polite and professional. With the cost of electricity only ever going to go up it's a no brainer.

Solar Guide recommended three companies, two responded promptly the third contacted me some weeks later. Of the two companies, one was a larger concern and the second a small local company, both made credible presentations. I elected to go with the local company, North Wales Renewables, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The sales patter was convincing, the installation team (sub contractors) seemed to know what they were doing, but no commissioning was carried out and there have been many subsequent problems with the installation which NWR are avoiding remedy. As a consequence, six months after the installation was ‘completed’ it still doesn’t work.
I would steer well clear of this company and suggest Solar Guide review which companies they are recommending
