Am extremely efficient service cannot fault it.

About 5 seconds after I verified my mobile number it rang and I had someone from Solar Guide explaining what would happen next, three local to me installers would be in touch to give me a no obligation quote. Fabulous service.

Expected some quotes instead was phoned all the time even on a Sunday morning. They don't leave messages just keep call over and over again. Annoying when you can't take the call. They must be desperate for work.

Slightly frustrated to find the link to the 'Solar Calculator' did not work and crashed with a message to watch a YouTube sunset...
Anyway found the calculator from the drop down menu.
As this is all new to me, am not quite sure how the calculation works.
Service otherwise has been excellent and I have been very impressed.

Thank you for arranging the appointments for Solar installers. Unfortunately Wednesday's didn't show, I waited until 1.45pm but could wait no longer.
I did receive a voicemail today, telling me they were running a little late!!!

I found them to be efficient and helpful.

The first call was from a guy reading from a bad script only interested in selling an appointment which he couldn't make anyway because it would need to be later than a week away.
Not impressed with the reading from a script and amateur attempt to sell the appointment, not promote his business or even ask any questions regarding suitability.
Clearly, the vetting process supposedly done by Solar guide needs improving

Solar Guide has provided me with excellent service setting up contacts with approved installation companies who in turn have responded swiftly with my enquiries.

Found Solar Guide by accident whilst searching on the internet.. Filled in details & submitted.. Had return call within a minute.. Lady on phone very pleasant.. Now had calls from 2 companies making appts to call.. So far very impressive..
