Prompt response and explained the Solar panel system, how it works, etc very clearly.

We were encouraged to complete the solar panel installation before the end of the year, but we were unsure if the work could be finished on time & to a satisfactory standard.
But after assurances from the surveyor and the office, we went ahead, we shouldn't of worried, these guys know their stuff, a seamless trouble free installation . So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, & BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

We had three quotes from the companies, Solarguide put us in touch with and as a result after comparing products we accepted a quote from Eco Nrg Ltd, Modbury Devon. System was installed and commissioned on 1st December 2015. Team worked non stop from start to finish, kept us informed throughout, even the scaffold was removed the following day. Would recommend both Solarguide for providing the contacts and Eco Nrg Ltd for the installation. Very pleased with the outcome.

Found a difference with all three companies that contacted me. Chose LJ Electrical from Carmarthen because of the owners non pressurised approach. Excellent value in comparison to others, explained equipment that was fitted and carried out the job in time projected. I am about to move house and will no doubt use this professional local family run business again.

Having searched the Internet for Solar Panel Installation companies, I came across 'Solar Guide'. I found their approach truly professional in every way. Having a number of questions prior to completing the online application, I phoned their helpline. What a refreshing experience to speak to a member of staff who was extremely pleasant, able to answer all my questions, and give me further valuable information. Both their website and helpline give excellent advice to potential customers, including all possible assistance on customer protection when engaging a Solar Installation company.
