Received a new light, but on inspection there was a flaw. Contacted Solmer and they arranged for new light to be delivered within days and arranging to pick up faulty one. Overall great experience dealing with them. Problems happen but you can tell how professional a company is by the way they respond and they delivered big time. Would highly recommend them.

I ordered Halle cables for LED lights. Prompt service at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use Solmer again.

I understand oak is a natural product, but when you’re picking 4 from the rack make sure they’re similar. I raised it with Solmer and the response was really poor. I’m a lost customer and advise people to proceed with caution. Sad episode which would have been easily rectified.

I needed some Salice Smove door dampers for my kitchen cupboard doors. The drawer type are still quite easy to get, not so the door type. Luckily for me Solmer still stock these. Ordered on a Saturday and received them Monday. Great service. Thanks.
