Drawer runners.
I acquired a secondhand 2 drawer wooden filing cabinet. All the runners were worn to the point of not working at all.
I took them out, measured them and a Google search quickly took me to the Solmer site. Buying them was very smooth and quick.
The runners arrived surprisingly quickly. They were really easy to fit, being exactly the same as the old runners.
I now have a properly functioning, good looking filing cabinet.Thanks, Solmer!

Bad customer service and no return info in parcel
Ordered a few connectors and a remote for Sensio lighting.
Emailed multiple times and tried calling TEL: +441708751172 & Mob: 07944299887 but no one answered!
No order slip or anything in box for me to use to return and had no return information.
They take days to reply and did not extend the return policy even though they made it difficult to get the right information to return the order.

Wont be using again.

Fantastic stock of the kitchen and bathroom cupboard accessories
The only company listing on EBay cupboard drawer runners that I wanted to fit some old MFI kitchen drawers. I found that they were relatively local based in Romford, so I placed a click and collect order with them and collected next day. Very impressive range of accessories for kitchens and bathroom fittings Plus a number of power tool accessories other tools and items that are not commonly or easily available. A really good find thoroughly recommended. The staff were quietly professional and the premises although not large very carefully thought out and the products displayed in a thoughtful manner.
