Ok but car returned dirty.
Good updates although a little curt. Car returned to me dirty with rubbish in the front foot well and seat. Other than that it was an OK experience.

Good experience after insurance claim
I had a car accident and had a bump on my boot. Solus collected the car and delivered it back to the car rental company after the repair had been done so I could drop off the rental and collect my car at the same time.
Kept informed throughout the whole process and dealt with lovely people.

I received a great service from Solus
I received a great service from Solus. They were accommodating and friendly. My repair was done quickly and I’m happy with the repair. They collected my car from my car hire centre, and returned it back there.(they would have collected/returned from my house, but it was easier for me. They kept me updated.
If I have any moans it was the amount of messages, (ie) telling me the car had been picked up, telling me it was in their possession and at repair centre, telling me they had started work … I didn’t need to know every movement, just when my car was repaired and ready. Also, when my car was returned, my dashcam was taken off its cradle and placed on seat, all that was needed was to unplug the cable, not take it off the window completely. (Stansted’s office);

Great experience with Solus
Great experience with Solus. They came and picked up my car from the house. The guy was very friendly. They kept me updated with the process with regular phone calls and once ready they dropped my car at the hire place to make things easy for me. The repair looks mint. I’d definitely recommend.

Great repair company
Car collected on Wednesday and delivered back Thursday afternoon after having rear bumper replaced.
Great communication from start to finish and when the car was delivered back it was looking amazing repair had been done and car valeted and was like it had come out of a show room
Would highly recommended anyone wanting repair work doing

Solus Exeter did an excellent job repairing my car. The work was completed ahead of the expected date, and they even went the extra mile by delivering the car to my workplace.
I was kept updated at every stage of the repair, and the customer service team were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout.

I found Solus Bristol to be extremely helpful at a time that was quite traumatic. The staff kept in touch, were very helpful, polite, friendly and yet precise.
