All stages of the repair procedure were fully explained and I got notified every time there was an update. Also, they ere easy to contact, my insurance company was very hard to contact, so they acted as an intermediary. Very impressed.

My car was in for repair at the Solus repair centre in Beeston near Nottingham due to another car hitting me from the side on a roundabout. This caused damage to both near side doors as well at other scuffs and scrapes. My car was repaired meticulously just as it was before the shunt. During this time I was able to check the status of my vehicle via the Aviva app and through sms from Solus. I was pleasantly surprised with the turn around time, service and communication. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I can without question highly recommend Solus.

I had a great service with Solus, I was kept updated through the whole process, they had my car a little longer than planned but I had a lovely courtesy car so I wasn't bothered, my car car was delivered back to me perfectly. I used the centre at West Bromwich.

The service I received from Solus was excellent, far better than I expected.., it’s the first time I’ve needed to claim (third party at fault) so I haven’t experienced insurance claims before but as mentioned before, the service was excellent., the communication was great, the car was collected at a suitable time, I was kept updated all the time, car had a first class repair, car cleaned and returned again at a suitable time for me., perfect!👌 *The Solus site my car went to was ERITH.*
