Solus were great. They kept me updated throughout the process, were well-informed and very responsive. They were able to pick up the car within just 10-12 days of the accident and the repairs took one week with very prompt redelivery once repaired. Overall, a very positive experience.

5 star delivery of loan car, Chris was very polite, car was clean and almost new, damage to my car was professionally repaired and back to new looking, car was delivered by Paul who also was very polite, my car had been fully valet and was spotless, had a call from Solus to say they are still waiting for the back badge but will be fitted by someone who will fit it at my home, so I am satisfied and have no hesitation in giving a true 5 star service.

The hardest part of the whole repair process was taking and sending photos of my car before the car was booked in for repair. The car was picked up and brought back by Solus making it easy for me. I was given regular updates as to the progress of the repairs and the expected delivery date. The repairs were excellent and I would be happy to use Solus again should it be necessary at any point in the future.

Solus had very clear communication and did a very professional job on the repair. They both picked up and returned the car at times they said they would and the returned car was immaculately clean. A very good service and a happy customer.

So happy with the service provided by Solus Dunstable. My repair was done in good time,regular updates by text and my phone calls always answered promptly by a lovely polite lady. On return my car had been cleaned and the repair was done to perfection.

I like the service of car collected and delivered, however the driver that collected the car said it would be valeted, the car was returned with overspray on bottom front panel some red paint on black trim. The car was unclean with residue from a garage atmosphere. Also seemed rushed as was ready after just 24 hours with a delay on return date.

The service I received from Solus Epsom was amazing. Once I had booked my repair in online, everything went very smoothly. My car was picked up on time, I was given updates and an estimated time of completion. whenever I called the company, the staff were very polite, professional and friendly. I never had to do any chasing up. My car was delivered back to me at the time agreed and the repair was completed exactly to the specifications agreed. You could not tell that there had been any damage. I was over the moon with the result. My car was also given a well-needed clean inside and out, the tyres were reflated and the wheels washed. 10 out of 10 service.. thank you.
