Bought a couple bikinis, tops and play suits for my holiday from them and I love them all!! Fit were all great and I always get complimented when I wear them because their more unique them other online websites. Can’t wait to order stuff for autumn winter now!!

You get exactly what you see on the website, quality like no other for the price and shipping was fast. Just in time for my summer holiday I received loads of compliments! Can’t recommend this company enough for swimwear/ clothing will definitely be back to buy more again!

Scam of a company, better off going directly through alliexpress instead of buying them at a higher cost for the same item. At least ordering through alliexpress you'll get what you bought

Honestly I have had only good experiences from shopping on this store I have bought for items over the last 2 years and each time they have arrived and been good quality my only negative is that one bikini I ordered was way too small for me but that is not the company's fault. I bought a dress from their Luxe collection, it was beautiful well worth the money I paid also I have bought a bikini a swimming suit and a playsuit. I am shocked at the reviews I'm here I can only assume people only bother reviewing when something upsets them all goes wrong. I have always recommended the store to my friends and anyone I know who has purchased has had a good experience.

Would give zero stars if I could! My daughter bought me jacket for xmas on dec17th, still no sign of it, after numerous attempts to contact company finally got a B.S reply telling me package had Been returned by p.o because they were so busy 🙄 but it had been resent, asked for tracking info SURPRISE again no reply, have asked for refund and again no reply, complaint filed with ombudsman, and credit card co. will pursue this til refund is given.... thieves!!!

Item ordered and never received. They dont answer emails but delete your instagram comments and dm you to fob you off.
Absolute scam artists.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. Ordered bikinis from this company. After growing concerned from the length of time it was taking to receive my delivery I emailed them to which I received no reply. I decided to write on their pictures on Instagram to get their attention to which they blocked me. They assured me that they would now seen out my bikinis. Two months later and I am now building a case against them on PayPal to get a refund. Stay away from this company it’s not worth the hassle.

Such helpfull customer care really went above and beyond with my delivery for my sister wedding my bikinis came so quick and where stunning.

TERRIBLE company. My sister ordered a coat and was waiting 2 weeks for it,emailed the company and spammed them with comments and messages on their social media and still no reply. Eventually replied and said they would send it straight away as they had changed management that was the reason for delay and offer a discount for her next order... another week went by and still no sign on the coat. They said they will issue her wirh a refund which never went through and contacted them again, they said the problem was due to PayPal and they would issue the refund again. She is still waiting for her refund. I commented under their posts online and have been blocked from their page aswell as friends of mine RIDICULOUS company who send free stuff to bloggers to promote their products and don't even send paying people their products

Not even worth the one star. I ordered a swimsuit in June and it never arrived. I was ignored when I emailed their customer service and was told on facebook to contact the delivery company myself about my order. The delivery company when I contacted them would not deal with me as they would only deal with Soraina themselves. After I contacted them on instagram in late July, I was promised a refund. Now its the 12/09 and I'm still waiting on my refund and I am now being ignored again bu their customer service. This is the worst customer experience that I have every encountered.
