Absolutely awful company

Do not buy from these scammers.

Refusing to give a refund even though I returned the item with tags and in original packaging within 14 days.

They are taking advantage of young girls wanting to shop on the internet and this needs to be stopped. Boycot

Wish I read these before ordering
I ordered three dresses, I did not like the look of the sequin ones so tried on one red floral. Which was so short in the body. I was in Swindon for work and on returning I posted the items back. Little did I know my items were returned on the 2nd week. Day 15, yet after day 14 you don’t get a refund you get store credit! For items returned fine regardless
On returning the dress I didn’t even try apparently had a mark and I got no refund at all. Always check inside and outside regardless of not liking them as this looks like make up which would be on all dresses had I have tried them!
Still awaiting a complaint response as I want the credit refunded and will have to pay to have a dirty dress that I don’t like now returned to me

I ordered an outfit from sorelle for my birthday because if anything than my birthday suit it's a sorelle dress. I ordered a 3 piece set which slayed!!! Also, I am aware of some negative feedback in terms of customer service however in relation to my recent experienced they have been nothing but fab!

If i could give zero stars I would.
Absolute joke of a company, they received my return well within the 14 day returns period. I emailed them 10 days after they received my return, which I have photo proof of, and told me I had to wait 28 days. Almost 2 months later I ha ent heard a thing from them and they are ignoring my emails and social media messages. The items were cheap and poorly made, can tell they've come from china and not at all worth the money they charge. I haven't had any contact at all from them and am still almost £150 out of pocket 2 months later, but I won't be leaving it there! Do not order from this company 😒

Would not recommend buying from here

Would not recommend buying from here. Sent a return in March and I’m still waiting to be refunded. The clothes weren’t worth the price I paid. Just want my £100 back but I guess I won’t be getting it

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Purchased a dress which was unsuitable. Parceled up and returned according to their policy and emailed several times for a refund - NOTHING received. I am now pursuing a refund via my bank who can claim it from them and hopefully sting them with a big bank charge for being such unscrupulous traders. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Very responsive with any issues

Very responsive with any issues , good delivery time.
Ordered a sorelle dress due to online error the dress was unavailable in stock but offered me an alternative or refund .i chose the dress offered ,so I would also say very accommodating.
I had a slight delay with delivery which Sorelle team sorted via email chasing up on the other end to make sure my dress arrived before my birthday with the slight delay that I informed them about they immediately refunded my next day delivery price.
Overall very happy with service and products provided

Scam - No refund after returning items

Sorrelle UK are scammers and stealing people's money - 6 weeks with no refund, avoid.
I have ordered 3 dresses with them costing around £150 in total. I returned them and also had to pay for my shipping as they do not provide return labels. I have never come across a company not providing a return label.
It has been now 6 weeks since I sent my returns, I have followed up with them via email and they replied telling me to wait 28 days for the refund to be processed. It has now been way over a month, they haven't refunded my order, and they are not responding to my emails.
Reading all the reviews on trust pilot about people not getting their refund makes wonder how this company is still running, I guess I will never receive a refund. I have never come across a company that operates like this, the worst company I have ever ordered from. Please never order from them. They are so bad, it is disgusting and shameful how they treat their customers and are getting away with it. AVOID
