Excellent options for bed customisation. Once order placed I received a call to discuss my options. Bed arrived in great condition and I love it.

Ordered my bed and entered a date for preferred delivery. Had a prompt email about my order being received and a couple days later an email for leaving a review. Unfortunately there was no communication on the preferred delivery date whether it was possible or not. I phoned on the day I would have liked my bed delivered 3 times but no answer but was able to leave a message on the answer phone. Adam phoned me back later in the day apologising he'd missed my calls and we arranged a delivery date. Adam was very polite and efficient. My only concern was there was only 1 delivery guy so my husband had to help get the bed to the bedroom. Other than that I love my new bed, well made, looks good and easy to assemble. I ordered a King size Ottoman bed.

Excellent firm, just bought our 3rd Ottoman bed, good prices, great quality beds, polite delivery people, highly recommend them.

Brilliant company…bought beds 5 years ago and and was so impressed with the quality that bought another set. Recently had to replace the struts on one of the beds and Feb company were extremely responsive and sent two sets immediately at a very attractive price.

I had my custom ottoman bed made over 4 years ago, and it’s still going strong! The team, along with their couriers, were brilliant throughout the entire process, from helping me customise the design to offering practical advice on measuring our stairs for the tall headboard.
Their after sales care has been just as impressive. When we experienced a minor structural issue with the headboard, they didn’t hesitate to remake it and even issued a partial refund.

Since then, I’ve recommended them to friends and family across London, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, many of whom have placed orders and are just as pleased with their beds and the service received.
Would highly recommend without hesitation.

The customisation of the order is great. I was very disappointed when my order arrived without a headboard. Surely it's not hard to make sure it's in the van? I called immediately and was told I'd get a call back soon... I never did.

Sosoftbeds were very helpful when it came to ordering the bed and confirming details with me on the same evening I placed the order.

There was a longer wait than expected (about 3 weeks) but it was worth the wait because the bed is great.

The bed is sturdy and super comfy, the dual control profiling is fabulous!

I would suggest that lead times need to be updated on the website to the current production times but other than that we are very happy.

It was thoroughly explained before purchasing the bed that the date needed to be accurate for delivery due to having two vulnerable adults in the house that need full time assistance. They didn’t deliver the bed on the day and did it when I wasn’t home. I paid for the old bed to be taken which couldn’t happen as the person couldn’t move at the time of it being delivered! I was told I’d be given back my £90 refund on the phone and a confirmation email would be sent. No refund has been received and no confirmation email has been sent. I’ll now be taking this further for all of the stress it has caused.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this has been such a terrible experience. We ordered our bed and initially the delivery estimate was 14 days. 2 weeks came and went and we didn't hear anything. I called them and they told me it would be delivered at the end of the week. That was weeks ago. Fastforward to now, and we were told it would be here on Saturday, then the courrier (after confirming delivery) called and said they couldn't fit it on the van so we would need to wait another week. All in all, the 14 day delivery has turned into 6 weeks (assuming the bed does actually turn up next Saturday). If you can't deliver in 14 days, then don't say you can.

Ordered bed on 18th of April, got message can they deliver on a day we are at work type yes or no, sent message back saying no then no reply. Tried to contact company with no reply. Then when I finally got in touch told them days they can deliver and was told would get back to you. Again no return call. Left messages on website plus messages on answering machine, still no reply. Went on auto bot message service finally got call back, said courier let them down got new courier and its with them said will message them and call back with update. But again no info back. And still waiting. Very poor communication in my books.

It was great that I could literally make the bed specific to what I wanted, it's a fab bed material is lovely. Delivered so quick and on Easter Sunday.

This is the second time I’ve bought from SoSoft beds and both times the product and the service have been excellent.
When I placed my order this time, I had a call from Adam checking that I was happy with the dimensions I’d stipulated. He also insisted on sending out a large scale sample of the fabric I’d ordered to check I was happy with it (I can’t imagine John Lewis/Dreams or any of the big bed retailers offering this level of service!)
The bed was delivered on time and assembled with great care by a highly competent and very polite chap.
I wholeheartedly recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I love the product quality, very little and easy in terms of assembling the actual bed base. Price is great and delivery was even earlier than we hoped for and very accommodating date wise.
