It’s a total scam.

Do not buy from this company. If I could have given a zero I would.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT ORDER

I've reported this to Action Fraud UK and they are investigating. Atleast I contacted my bank and got the money back. This is a scam company, still very active on the social media and loads of people ordering stuff.

Guys claim your money back from your bank. I did and got my money back. These people are Scammers and taking advantage of the crisis we are in. No heart whatsoever. They cannot call it fraud, as we payed for goods we ordered but your entitled to your money back if they haven't fulfilled their side.
I have written off to various people but not sure what is happening as SO SWEATY, still advertising on FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER and sending emails out. Another thing we should all do, which I do, is each time you see their post pop up write "SCAMMERS". Each time a comment is put up, SO SWEATY takes them down but if you click on the angry face, altho they delete the name they cannot get rid of the angry faces, that way it should give people doubt and search reviews and find out who they really are. Let's put them out of business.

I ordered from this company about 2 years ago and had no complaints but I ordered a sweat vest from them in the beginning of March and still haven’t received the product. The only thing I have is an email stating they received my order but nothing since. I’ve sent 4 emails to the company asking for a order status update and never hear back so I guess I got screwed out of $35.

I ordered five face masks on March 23 2020, and heard nothing until April 29 when I was told my order was ready for shipment. It's now May13 and I have received nothing and my query regarding a shipment date hasn't been answered. Another order I placed last year was never shipped. My credit card bears the scars though! This is a scam firm - avoid like the plague!

Omg I got conned! Just like everybody else apparently! Ordered 4 masks on April 17th, it's May 12th today and still nothing. Confirmation email, but no reply to my complain via email to them. I'm reporting them to the police today, and please do so too!!!!!

This is definitely a scam company do not order from them i ordered a mask on the 23rd of March heard nothing till the 27th of April saying it was ready for dispatch still waiting took the money when I first ordered!! I repeat do not order from unless you want to lose your money and not receive your purchases!!!!

Ordered masks over 2 weeks ago. Confirmation email then nothing. No response when contacted. SCAM! Have reported to police: action fraud police - look it up as no links allowed on here.

This is a fraudulent enterprise. They have for the past 6 weeks been promoting "in stock" face masks on a daily basis. I ordered a multi-pack of masks at the beginning of April and apart from the order confirmation have heard nothing since. I have sent numerous emails which are, of course, ignored. I will be charging the amount back via my card issuer and will also make a trading standards report. Let us hope that the site does not survive in the post-pandemic period. They deserve to be taken down - shame, shame on them.

I have ordered from this company in the past and no problem.
So When I ordered my mask I thought it was legit.
I knew because of the pandemic things were going to be slow but it has been a month and nothing. I have emailed them and nothing.
I see they have done this to others as well.
Is there any other way we can get our money back?
My bank also charged me an international fee when purchasing with them.

Same as others ordered face masks early April received a conformation order but nothing since?
No response to Emails or fb messages?
They've made alot if money out of us?

Ordered masks 3 weeks ago and like everyone else on here had my money taken and heard nothing....All of a sudden I get an email tonight to say the order has been shipped....Let’s wait and see eh.

Dreadful company. No way of contacting them.
Ordered face masks 5 weeks ago with 4-6 working day delivery and NOTHING received.
I've sent emails and tweets and no reply at all.

I too have been caught out by these people . Payment taken for my order but not received . There is a form you can fill in on the . GOV website to report these kind of scams . We all need to do this and stop these people taking advantage!!

Again I am another person who has ordered x2 face masks and not received after payment has been taken!! Fraud!!!!!!! Either send goods or refund!! Police need to be informed.

Bad company. I ordered a face mask on 7th April and I've still not received it. They have took my money but are not replying to my emails. Wish I'd looked at the reviews beforehand!

Disgusting company taking advantage of the Coranavirus pandemic. Face masks ordered & paid for but never received. Wish I read the reviews.
