Paid and good didn’t arrive. No reply to emails. A scam company.

Total scam PLEASE DONT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. After doing a little research this is limited company that is in trouble. Sadly my other half thought this company was genuine but it isn't. They are still taking order and ya cash without doing anything.

Ordered beginning of August. No goods and no reply to any emails.

Same as above, order never arrived, and no reply to emails. Trying to get refund through credit card company.

Ordered from this company & after 2 months still not arrived. No responce to multiple emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered from this company at the end of May and still have not received my order!! Ignore all emails and believe me I have sent lots!! Also delete any comments I put on instagram. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....

Ordered from this company twice before, the first time wasn't an issue and I received the product. The second was a slight delay, emailed them and I received the product. However, since March, I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. They like to ignore emails. Absolute scammers, do not order from these criminals!

I’ve had the same experience as all the reviews below - they are not fulfilling their orders and no communication. This company appeared as an Instagram ad that I ordered from with lots of ‘influencers’ giving good reviews. They have an active Instagram account with no body reporting that they are scammers. I’ve just reported their account to Instagram as a scam. If you have an Instagram account please do the same. Thanks

Big fat scam!
Made order in early March, still have not received items. Wrote to customer service, no acknowledgment. Later received email confirming delay, although not personalised with offer of further discount to order more items. Extremely angry that I fell for this scam.

Like everyone else here, I did check out some reviews before i purchased and looked into a few things , but it looked ok and there was an active Ad campaign on FB. A combination of what looked like reliable reviews and a campaign that was being paid for made it seem like it was ok.

Like the other reviewers here, I have ordered and never received the product. Got an order acknowledgement but nothing since and no response to any attempts to contact them.

I've asked my card provider to reverse the transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

I ordered in February and the item arrived today (7th June). I contacted the company twice to cancel the item but received no reply.

Ordered in May and wish I'd read reviews. They appear to have gotten into difficulty as I ordered from them about two years ago and received my item without any problem so thought it wouldn't be a problem now.
Theres an active proposal to strike company off on Companies House, this is normally done when they dont file their accounts so Companies House begin proceedings to strike them off. I have put in a request to stop that from happening as if they close, no one gets a refund. So hopefully we can try to claim back from them.
But their address appears to be an accommodation address so even if anyone went there you probably wouldnt see anyone.
Can probably kiss goodbye to the money

Scam Scam

They take your money but they don't deliver... No reply its been 2 months now😠😠😠😠😠😠

I placed an order for an item in March. Money was taken from my bank account straight away. It's now May, no item received, one email sent to advise there was a delay to the order but since then even after sending email after email, no response and unable to contact by phone either. Terrible, terrible! Like everyone else, wished I'd checked the reviews beforehand....... :(((

There really should be a zero stars option. As others have said, money taken straight away. Months later - after emails, Facebook messages & attempts to call - I still have not received anything. No replies, no products. It’s appalling that they are still operating and have thousands of followers on Facebook. Do not even think of using these people.

If I could give no stars, I would! Won't reply to emails, contact phone number 02039117516 takes you to voicemail, you're then told you can't leave a message because the inbox is FULL 🤔 wonder why! There is NO customer service provided by this company after they have your money. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. BE WARNED THOSE CONSIDERING A PURCHASE, don't part with your hard earned cash to them.
Guess we should all complain to Trading Standards about this company.
Since this review I have received email advising my order is ready to be shipped! Doesn't say when it will be just that it's ready! 🙄

Just got off the phone with my bank & submitted a Dispute Claim, as well as frozen my card & requested a new one. Like others wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered on 1st May'19, monies out of account on 2nd May'19 - no response re delivery, etc, sent an email (and online form yesterday/14 May) this evening - I'm not hopeful for a response, especially as I'm requesting a refund too!!
Also looked them up on the Companies House website (Company No. 10250360/So Sweaty Ltd)
Not happy about spending money & getting nothing for it, its a horrid way to conduct business. I'm just speechless, annoyed & felt sick, that I'm being conned by "faceless people", who are robbing decent, hardworking people blind - and I thought I wasn't going to be one of those people to get conned, as I'm pretty savvy generally. Painful lesson learned, but won't be making that mistake again.

Shocking. Ordered 4 weeks ago and still no delivery. Emailed them 7 times, private message through FB , and telephoned ( no answer and unable to leave message as their inbox is full) surprise surprise.
Wish I'd read the reviews first.
Do not buy from them just go out into the street and hand someone less fortunate the cash as you'll never see it again if you order here.
