I too ordered a exercise vest for my daughter few years back and did receive it after emailing them several times. The quality was good.
So I ordered the regular masks (not N95), actually 5 of them and I have not received them yet and no replies to my emails too.
How do we take down this company?
Please help and we all should be do something about it. Its a UK based company and I am in the US.

Took my money, no response to my emails and didn’t deliver!!!!

This company is a scammer. I ordered 2 masks and since then did not get the item. Have sent them 4 emails but never got any reply. If you can, help me to report them to police watchdog. This kind of illegal business should as well be reported to the HM Revenue & Customs for tax evasion. This will stop them doing illegal business and conning people.

Wish I could give them 0. This “company” is completely fake, a total scam and I don’t understand how after all these years they are STILL getting away with conning people out of money after being reported so many times. They take your money and never send anything out, don’t respond to any interaction or simply fob you off with rubbish excuses. Luckily I was given a refund by my bank but I imagine other people haven’t been so lucky. These people are totally disgusting scammers anyway but to now be using Covid-19 as a way to scam people anxious about their health is totally DESPICABLE!!!

WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE CORONA VIRUS MASKS. THEY WILL NEVER ARRKVE. FAKE COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE A NON PAYING CELEB.

I had ordered a sweat vest from them before several years ago and I still have it to this day in excellent condition. Now, following the COVID-19 news, they claim to have a huge series of face masks and gloves/medical equipment and suddenly doing a sale of them, however the order has not been dispatched at all 2 weeks after placing it and their website is also shown as unavailable. They also have a full voicemail box and not responding to emails. I believe they have used the coronavirus situation as an opportunity to scam people of money and if they genuinely did have these masks, they should have gone to the NHS or staff on the front line! Lots and lots of red flags and it's a shame as I used to trust them before. We demand our money back.

This is NOT a genuine company, they advertise and take your money and never send anything. There adverts are SCAMS and FRAUD.
DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT.

I don't understand how this fake company is still allowed to operate they have robbed everybody I keep reporting it to twitter but they never take it down is there some other way to go about it its day light robbery it te annoyise me every time I go on twitter and there still advertising after robbing me of my money and there's nothing I can do about it 😤

I ordered a product in October 2019 and have still not received it. Sent numerous emails and FB messages and no reply.
I will now contact my credit card company to attempt to get my money back.

I would put - 3 stars I placed an order and paid 8 -10-19 it’s now November and received 0. Sent 4 emails no reply and called it said inbox full so could not leave a message. I have now contacted my bank to start a dispute. Reading the other reviews I an not the only one. Don’t order or pay totally rubbish company.

Placed an order at the beginning of Sept. $50 paid. To date still have not received my order. I tried emailing and facebook messaging the company with no response at all. Looking online I have found so many negative comments with some people claiming they havent received goods ordered back in February. I personally think that this type of company who take payment for items they dont honor or provide is fraud. I wish I had checked this company before placing my order and paying for something I am very unlikely to receive. This company advertises on facebook, instagram and twitter. They advertise on their website that they are 'trusted by woman worldwide' I strongly disagree with that statement.

Wish I had researched this before paying. A month since ordering now and no sign of goods. Don’t reply to emails. Weblinks are broken. Will have to go through the credit card dispute process now

I am so disappointed with this company..I should've read the reviews before placing an order with them. There is no phone numbers and no one replies to e-mails. How can tgey still trading!!!

Can’t believe I didn’t read reviews on here first ordered a vest on 6th October should have had confirmation of despatch. Feel this isn’t going to happen tried the contact number emailed them. I’ve contacted my bank if you used a debit card you are covered by the visa guarantee but you can’t open a dispute till 15 days after you made the order. The bank can ask for a chargeback to your card. When I mentioned so sweaty he said other customers had rung regarding this. Lesson learnt just hope I can get my money back. Tried to leave a review on their Facebook page. Not possible

Order placed in March, still chasing and still no responses to my correspondence. Again, like many customers comments, I only spent £9.99 with them but it's the principal and I imagine they're sitting back and reaping in the money with no intention of fulfilling orders.

Buyer beware - do your research on this company (you can do a free check at Companies House online) which will show they clearly are in trouble. A compulsory winding up order was placed on them earlier this year, accounts overdue.. The order was then revoked due to 'sufficient evidence' to show they are trading, but this of course does not cover whether they are trading legally. My order was placed early September, money taken off card, email received confirming oirder, saying item would be shipped in the next 4-5 days. It's now October and of course, nothing.
Tried calling their number but it's a Voicebox system that is full (no surprises there) so can't leave a message. Tried emailing but of course no reply received.

I've tried tracking down the one and only Director of the company but although I have his name, currently no luck, so Mr Nicholas Harwood, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed to call yourself a 'Director'. I can't find a history of poor trading elsewhere as Director, so that's something, but it's shocking that the company is continuing to 'trade' including posts on social media (Twitter, Instagram) when they are taking money and not fulfilling orders.

It would be easy to write this off - my order was £14.50 so not a huge amount, but I'm not going to - imagine if everyone did that, then do the maths and imagine Mr Harwood rubbing his hands with glee...

They take payment from Stripe who frankly only want to know if you're a business wanting to do business with them, but they need to know that this is a rogue company.

So... So Sweaty, I will be putting 'sweat' into sorting this out and either getting my item or my refund one way or another. Anyone reading this in full, please, please think very carefully as to whether you are happy to lose your money. Sorry it's not better news.

Taken payment in early September
Despite emails no response & no item. Scarey how this is allowed to continue to so many.

Ordered two items on 25 July 2019. Have not received either item. Company does not reply to their website contact form or direct emails. It is now 4 Oct.
I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.
