I found the service given by both the office when looking for information regarding selling my van and the young man collecting the vehicle was excellent. There was no pressure and the whole transaction was done in a friendly and co-operative way.
I should definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of selling a car.

The person who came to purchase my car didn't even wait by the door or introduce himself he then proceeded to find marks that I had already told them about when I received original quote
. They then took a phone call and just dumped a piece of their kit on the roof of my car before trying to find other issues with my car and then offered me a silly amount of money , I would have got as much with scrap value . I would not go near this lot again in a million years

Quick and efficient

Whole process is very simple but the price quoted are unlikely to be the figure received once they take a further view of your vehicle, even after you have explained and described everything relating to it's condition beforehand. Accept that, then they are very prompt with their appointment and with their payment. They come and collect on a trailer, if you proceed with the transaction. Very polite person collecting. They are who really agrees the price upon inspection. Would use this service again.

What a great service from start to finish. Entered the vehicle details on their website, received an email and a call to confirm details of the vehicle being sold. Agreed to a valuation and arranged for them to come and collect the vehicle. No Fees. No haggling. No hidden costs. Just a professional friendly service. Money was transferred there and then; and they waited patiently whilst I confirmed the funds transferred across. I'll certainly use them again should the need arise.

What’s not to like. Responses were speedy, price was very fair, driver arrived at agreed time and, after an inspection & test drive, the money was in the bank account within minutes.

Good service, conducted in a professional and respectful manner. Disappointed that they kept to the price offered during initial phone conversation - vehicle obviously in excellent condition, for its age, without typical wear/tear, seen upon examination. Could have upped the offer to seller and still come out with a hefty profit.

From start to finish this was a painless experience. I was offered a fair price for my old car, it was collected at the arranged time, I was paid in cash as agreed and all paperwork was completed as it should be. I was dealt with with courtesy all along the way. I recommend them highly.
