So I made an online application, received a phone call and was asked what price I was looking for. I agreed to go the actual garage (not sure what to expect), once I reached there, member of staff greeted me and took the car for a test drive, then he looked through the paperwork and was satisfied. There was no pressure, no haggling. Straightforward sale, it was so quick, the money was in my account within 1 minute. Keep up the good work guys, I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Beats all other car buying companies by miles

We agreed a price over the phone and there was no messing when the car was examined. Finally someone that understands a 7 year old car will not be in showroom condition.

After a very bad experience with the the cowboys at 'More4yourcarW' who offered me £900 less than quoted, I tried Southern Car Buyers.
I gave an honest appraisal of my vehicle to them and they offered me a fair price over the phone, which I accepted. Joe arrived at the allocated time, was extremely friendly and professional and, at no point tried to re negotiate the offer. After a brief test drive and completion of the paperwork the money was transferred into my bank immediately. There was no additional fee for this and there was no 'arrangement fee' either. The whole process from start to finish was completed with 36 hours.

Not only do they come to you, but are prepared to drive from the Other Side of London. The inspection was detailed; they test drove , as any REAL Car Buyer should do. Then confirmed the Quoted price and Paid by Bank Transfer.

I called and spoke to Jon initially and a few times after voicing my concerns about selling my car. He was patient, honest and made me feel comfortable to agree for them to view the vehicle. After meeting Joe who was great, inspected the vehicle, took it for a test drive and was happy the amount agreed over the phone was transferred straight into my account within 5 minutes, the paperwork was signed and Joe helped me understand what happened next. Called John at Southern Car Buyers who gave me a great quote, much more than We Buy Any Car, arranged a time and date for them to look at it. No hassle or knocking price down. Lovely guy Joe collected and sorted paperwork out and money was transferred straight away. Would highly recommend them.

Wanting to avoid anything that James Cordon endorses I looked for an alternative to WBAC. Google came up with SCB and after a brief telephone conversation a price was agreed.

Collection was arranged for the following day. I knew the car was in great nick but still expected a bit of aggro as it seems par for the course with car buying companies. I need not have worried, the price agreed the previous day was paid into my bank account within a few minutes and the car was gone.

Staff member Louis at Southern Car Buyers was polite, enthusiastic and very quick with communication and advice.

Went to SCB with an ex-lease van that was difficult to sell due to the structure of the finance lease showing as HPI.

Louis took the time to figure out a solution and worked with me to organise and make the transaction as smooth as possible.

I would recommend to anyone selling a vehicle, especially those with a end of lease looming.

I found my way to your website looking up prospective buyers for my car.someone rang and we arranged a meeting at my home to inspect my car.you made me an offer which I accepted and which you verified even though I explained that there were scratches on the bodywork.when you came to see the car , notwithstanding your promise that unlike your competitors you would not seek to renegotiate the price you sought to do so. I was very disappointed but after some tough negotiations we were able to reach agreement.As promised the money was paid direct to my bank account before the keys were handed over! I will be happy to recommend you.

I would highly recommend Southern Car Buyers if you are thinking of selling your car. I wish to compliment Carl on his professionalism. Although the final price was slightly lower than the price agreed on the phone it was still acceptable.

Sold my van to them. as it was ex lease hire it did complicate things a bit but they were confident all would be ok. The price was agreed to be paid on receipt of V5 from lease company, this is where the problems started. When you could finally get hold of somebody i was told they have never recieved V5, However i noticed about a week later that they had sold the van. They lie to suit themselves. I did finally get paid the correct amount but not before a lot of stress and sleepless nights, have given them 2 stars because they did pay the agreed amount........eventually.
