Responsive customer service
Initially, I paid full price twice for a 4-week upgrade with success guarantee. I asked to use the success guarantee but was told that I have to pay full price again because I didn’t request within 3 days of the upgrade expiring. Success guarantee should be available for me to use since I paid for it and I obviously did not get success from their ad upgrade.
SpareRoom refunded the amount I paid and applied the additional 4-week success guarantee.
