It took over a month to find a suitable tenant. No enquiries early on so had to fund another upgrade...after that there were a few replies that never followed up....the actual tenant was keen from the start hence after meeting him we agreed the let.

Good platform well moderated
It’s an easy to use platform and spareroom gives a lot of advice about how to stay safe, legal agreements etc.
There are a lot of scammers on there as there are everywhere but spareroom picks up some of them and notifies of typical scams.
I’ve used spareroom for years with success in finding good lodgers.
