WHEN I CALLED SPARE ROOMS I WAS GIVEN ALL THE USEFUL INFORMATION I NEEDED. I WAS ALSO ADVISED VERY WELL AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

This company has a great app with loads of good quality accommodation on it and the staff who run it are second to none ☀️. They provide excellent customer service promptly and swiftly weed out rogue imposters and alert you if you have come into contact with them. I feel extremely safe using this app. Thank you so much 💫🌱

I contacted Spareroom about some harassment I was experiencing over their messaging service and was very impressed with the service I got from Ellie- she was incredibly kind and understanding. The issue was dealt with immediately and my concerns were taken seriously. Huge thanks to Ellie for your help.
The only issue I had was the automated response that was sent to the person who was acting inappropriately. The message apologised for being automated and told the person I was not interested in pursuing a house share with them for reasons unrelated to the harassment. Nothing was mentioned about their inappropriate behaviour and the message ended by wishing them luck with their search, and was signed with my name at the bottom. I was totally uncomfortable with this as despite it saying it was an automated message, it had an apology and positive intentions attached to my name, which I did not sign off on.
I’d like to reiterate that the call handler- Ellie- wouldn’t have had a part to play here so this issue is not connected to her performance at all, she was great. Thanks!

Responsible, flexible.

Having being a landlord for many years , I decided to let out some rooms in one of my properties. I was highly impressed with SpareRoom and the service they provided. The rate to advertise was very competitive and easy to use the app. I would highly recommended.

Noah was very helpful; he is very helpful, an excellent listener and offered me very complete and informative answers. He has a very gentle and patient demeanour and is a good ambassador and representative of Spareroom from a landlord’s point of view. Thank you Noah ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five more stars from me. Very helpful and excellent communication.

Everything about this company is good. It's carefully monitored, easy to use, gets results every time (well certainly for us) and should you ever have a query or a little hiccough which is rare, there is always a real person to speak to over the phone - or an early reply should you email.
We've used SpareRoom since 2018, had only a couple of problem Lodgers in that time and which was not the fault of SpareRoom. Have searched the internet periodically and been unable to find another accommodation business which comes anywhere close.

Came back to our query really quickly with a resolution. Thanks Noah!

I have used SpareRoom as my go-to platform for finding housemates and tenants over more than ten years. It always delivers a good number of genuine enquiries to each ad placed. The platform also allows the host / landlord to filter potential candidates, book viewings times and manage messages with those looking for a new place.
The support team are helpful and responsive to any queries or messages.

SpareRoom is easy to use, no fuss or undue market targeting. It's easy to browse and search. Setting up an account and creating your profile is straightforward.

The Staff of Spare Room always offer polite and constructive help and I don't know how I would have managed navigating the site without their help as
I.T. is really difficult for me. Their patience and understanding is amazing.
