The part that arrived didn't fit my appliance correctly, but the people I dealt with to find a solution we're very helpful. A new part was sent to me, which fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I e-mailed them (through AMAZON) to state I had not had my order some 3 months late & without quibble they forwarded me another free of charge. I hate to say I'd made an error - but they were 100% understanding and helpful. In fact truly considerate to me, their Customer.

The replacement switch for my Thermador range arrived today. I installed the new switch and everything is good as new. Thank You. I was searching for a replacement part for my washing machine when I came across spares4appliances online.

I found the website very easy to navigate and found the part I needed with great ease. The price was also very reasonable and was the cheapest I had found after searching on many different websites.

The part arrived swiftly and works great. The customer service i received from the owner was top notch and I will be using spares for appliances in the future if I ever need any additional parts. Highly recommend this company.

There are, apparently, many variations on this part and I received the wrong one initially. However, they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and tracked the right part variation. Very pleasant to deal with and kept up regular emails so I felt I was being valued as a customer.
The company is now down on my list of companies that I will be delighted to deal with again.

to be honest I would have been put off reading the other ratings but my experience seems to have been far different!!
I purchased a cooker door some 6 months ago, in the last week I noticed the glass had come loose.
I called them and spoke to Tom who asked me to send a picture of the fault which I did, 30 minutes later he called back to tell me the item was in the post.
I received the delivery the following day so I thought it important to write this rating.
I would most definitely use them again without hesitation, well recommended.

Received the wrong item, contacted the Spares4Appliances immediately and was promised a quick resolution, however a month later and I've received no further contact from the seller despite numerous emails.
Wish I lived closer. I'd urge people to steer well clear

I've bought a few things from Spares4Appliances in the past and they are generally good value. But in my most recent order, one of two hinges ordered was apparently "found to be damaged" (not quite sure how as it is a very substantial metal part) and I had to wait a month for the replacement to arrive. It was very fortunate that I didn't need it urgently.

I ordered what I thought was a pair of carbon motor brushes for my washing machine. When I received 1, I checked the site and sure enough, it was for 1. I assumed it to be a pair as no one would ever change a single brush.
I contacted spares4appliances and a gent called Brian had my issue resolved in a couple of emails. Very helpful and understanding.

Order a heater for the dryer had a few problems to begin with spoke to dominik who with his manager sorted things out.a big thank you to dominik jackson who knows what good customer service is.

I ordered a new control panel for my oven, the item turned up very fast. It was easy to fit and well packaged to ensure no damage could've been sustained during transit.
The item I ordered was then reduced a day later and spares4appliances refunded me the difference!
They are fast at replying to emails and delivering quality equipment.
A superb company to deal with, I would highly recommend them.
I will be using this company in the future.
