Ordered a Hotpoint fridge thermometer which arrived after three days. It works fine. Reasonable price and quick delivery so no complaints from me. I would recommend for all your appliance spares requirements.

Parts good, Organisation poor
The part I ordered was not available despite being in stock on their website. I'd tried calling to check before making the order but no one answered.
I'd paid for next day delivery, but the part actually took 6 days to arrive due to this error. I had to wait at home for 3 day as they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered.
When the part did arrive it was in good condition and as described online.

Advertise and charge for things they don't have in stock.
I ordered and paid for my items. I was emailed a few hours later saying they didn't have them in stock. Had to wait to wait from Friday to sometime the following Monday for my refund. Quick enough to take it though!

Received delivery in good time but wrong post delivered.
Phoned to inform of the error but dispite repeated calls no answer..... In frustration I Sent an email and to my surprise I got a response and a replacement knob was sent accordingly.
