When your in a rented property and need to put back to 'as was' only there is a broken freezer drawer to replace. I Ordered on a Friday 30mins past the same day dispatch deadline, still got it Saturday morning, awesome turn around, helped me out so much guys thank you ever so much!

I telephoned to make an enquiry. The gentleman who dealt with my call was able to give me the exact part number and reduced the price of the item slightly. I said I would see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere. I didn't, so went back to this company's website, typed in the part number and the online price had been reduced to that quoted on the phone. Therefore I ordered it online and received it promptly. I would definitely use this company again.

It took me two attempts to get the right part to fit EW74. It took a week for me to find out that the initial request could not be sent as it was stated that the part was obsolete.

However, upon reordering the correct part, I must say that service was excellent and the fragile item was excellently packed.

I think that if I have to order parts in future, I would do it via the telephone or email since the listing of parts on the website can be confusing with so many models etc.

Found part on the Internet and rung to make sure it would definitely fit my model lady i spoke to knew her stuff and was great toeal with part arrived within 2 days and fitted perfectly

Super slow delivery, took a week to receive a part that was reported as being in stock.

Ordered a electrical part which was clearly advertised for sale only to receive, once the part was ordered and paid for, an update which reqd. a substantial additional fee to guarantee delivery.
Very inadequate point of sale and a complete waste of my time.
Subsequent investigation resulted in me purchasing this item for a little more than the failed transaction from SPARESGROUPUK.

Considering you havn't despatched my item yet but taken my money you are a bit previous with your survey!!!!
You should change your site if an item is out of stock it should say so before a customer does a purchase.

Even though I had ordered the correct part online for my electric hotpoint cooker, I was sent the wrong part. I emailed SparegroupUk and requested an exchange for the correct part for which I repeated the correct part number. Customer Support asked me to return the part but questioned the part number I had provided for a replacement saying that the part number they had used seemed correct and that I would have to pay post and package if I needed to return the replacement. I then sent a picture of the required part which was completely different from the part they had sent me and still they were doubtful and asked me to purchase the replacement part on the internet instead of supplying it to me direct. Very unhelpful although they will refund the original purchase when they receive the returned part. I have great difficulty in understanding why they could not identify correctly the door roller catch I ordered and instead sent me a door catch which is entirely different.

Despite entering the model number on the website I ended up with the wrong part. This wasn't apparent until the fitter unpacked the delivery. As this was outside the statutory 14 day return period and it was my error - I was refused a fund on the £70 part. Strange never had this problem with other providers.

Ordered on Saturday. Received and fitted on Tuesday. Job done!
