Found the parts on the website and then phoned. I didn't ask for technical help, but they checked the parts and also suggested that I might need another part but were happy for me to get back to them about that. Used the next day delivery option. Note they used DPD and it would have been useful to ask at the time what do to if you aren't in as I had to rearrange the delivery. Genuine parts ships from Hotpoint. They also did price match against another online spares retailer.

Advertise parts in stock then tell me the next day they can't get the parts for a month.

Part was showing as in stock on website. I paid immediately via PayPal (over £100). Next day I was informed part was out of stock. I explained that I wanted an instant refund to buy the part elsewhere but I had to wait 3 days to get refunded by 'refunds department'!. When I contacted them to say part was still showing as in stock I was told not to take any notice of website as stock status is not 'live'.

Half the price of espares and delivered really quickly. I will definitely buy from here again.

We asked Sparesgroupuk for the reference of two broken closure caps on the bottom of our main oven door (we had no luck with the supplier Hotpoint on that score), once we got the information we ordered them online, I decided to go for Express delivery because so close to Xmas I wanted to make sure my partner would be able to install them...he did it successfully because they fit perfectly well and the goods arrived the day after the purchase (although you have to order before 1pm for that)...great stuff, our Xmas was saved!

I'm still yet to receive my item

I ordered a new door handle for my washing machine which i needed urgently. Ordered the item on the Sunday evening, phoned them on the Monday to confirm the handle was being sent today which they had said it had been. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and still no handle and when i speak to them on the phone, they refuse to give me a refund or send a new handle. They have said i need to wait another 2 weeks so that Royal mail can confirm the item as lost! How the hell does this help me? I still have a washing machine that i cannot use because the handle is broken! I would avoid this company like the plague...usless customer service, useless company!
