Poor customer service
My package returned as there was no name on my post box. I fixed name on my post box and contacted sparhandy to resend the package. But no one replied for days after that. The customer service is very poor. They need to work on this to ensure smoother operations.

Scammers
Update: I made the contract 2 weeks ago and the phone isn't sent yet.
.
I did a contract with them more than 10 days ago and it said process time is 2-3 working days and until now I didn’t get a reply. Every time I call them they say wait 3 more days. I don’t advise anyone to buy from them.

Edit: I sent all the documents you asked for on 22.12 and it said I should get a reply within 2-3 days, I got it today so after 8 working days. Anyway I’m waiting for the phone to be delivered hopefully that doesn’t take a lot of time.
