It was a wonderful experience to buy from Sparhandy and the service is so so good. The only thing I could suggest them for improvement is to have English Support and less waiting time on calls but otherwise it’s awesome! I needed the phone in a week where my phone was returned to Sparhandy by DHL due to some miscommunication and I was frustrated as it took 3 days for DHL to make the first delivery attempt but surprisingly, the phone after the return by DHL was delivered to me within 24 hours and that’s really REALLY great! Kudos to the team and the work that they do. Delivered on time, good service, good packaging, easy order and a good phone!
