On arrival we were greeted politely and friendly. We felt all the information regarding the cars was all we needed. They were not pushy and gave us sufficient time to make up or minds. Telephone contact was made the morning prior to our visits and colllection of the car went smoothly and followed up via email with the necessary documents.

I've used many car dealers over the years and can honestly say, these guys are the best.

We scoured the country for the right model Golf, in the best condition for age, mileage and price, and again, for the second time in a year, these guys had the right car. We travelled from London to the South coast within a few hours, and drove the car away.

Jason, our salesman, and Joe, the Sales Manager, were attentive, conscientious and since buying the car, Jason has followed up to make sure everything was ok. Couldn't ask for more.

I'll say this. We live in North London and Sparshatts are over two hours away, but I would look to them first for our next car!

Very welcoming staff - buying car in the context of replacing a vehicle after a no-fault accident. As well as selling the car, the salesperson showed genuine concern due to his own background.

We booked an appointment to view a car and we were really impressed with Ian. He was knowledgeable and was not a typical pushy sales person which was a breath of fresh air and made the sales process so much nicer. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a used Mercedes from them two years ago now. Never had any trouble with it, passed every MOT. Delivery over 150miles reasonably priced. Good experience.

Richard the car salesman was very good on the day of the purchase of the car. I arrived by train at Havant Station and Richard met me in the car I was going to buy. Richard was very helpful and I didn't feel I was put under any pressure to buy the car.

I think it helps if you know what you want and recognise a good product…… so the relationship with a sales person is based on mutual respect and knowledge and not trying to out haggle each other. So the buying experience was extremely straight forward .
All processed in a friendly and efficient manner.

PLEASE PLEASE Do not go anywhere near this garage! Sold me a car that was not road worthy!! I went here as a woman on my own Hoping for great service, terrible customer service, rudeness and basically could not care

Found a good car and traded in old car but feel there might have been a bit more movement on the price. Car purchased has damaged wheel rims.
