My 4th time at Specsavers Whangarei and…

My 4th time at Specsavers Whangarei and it just keeps getting better - easy 5 stars.

I was able to reorder my favourite Marc Jacobs SUN RX 10 in black, got both the clear lens and the sunny lens pair. The team made it so easy to get the exact same style I had before and made sure both fits were perfect.

Eye test was thorough, staff were friendly and professional, no pressure at all and great value. Pickup was quick and I was notified straight away when they were ready.

This is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend Specsavers Whangarei to anyone looking for quality glasses and top service.

Got my prescription wrong

Got my prescription wrong. Have spent hundreds of dollars through Specsavers within the last year, only to have to go elsewhere and spend hundreds more in order to get the right glasses for me.
Waited months for the contacts to come only to have to decline them due to the incorrect prescription.
To top it off, when they phone you or when you email them, they don't put notes in their system leading to you getting double up phone calls. Will not be going back and neither will either of my children.

Terrible treatment by the optometrist ~…

Terrible treatment by the optometrist ~ she ended up pulling out a lot of my eyelashes with one of the tests she did. She didn't inform me ahead of time what she was going to be doing. It was the worst experience I have ever had at Specsavers.
I ended up complaining to the corporate office about my treatment.

I went in for my glasses check up and…

I went in for my glasses check up and they kindly checked my hearing also. I had forgotten that 10 years ago an Audiologist had recommended hearing aids, so I wasn't surprised when they recommended that I speak to the Audiologist post my test. I got hearing aids. Both Columba and Maliah are fantastic and professional people. They guided me through the process, made sure that all of my questions were answered. The outcome is day and night, I love my new hearing aids, I can hear all of those sounds that were missing! I highly recommend Specsavers Ormiston Audiology as the Audiologists of choice!
