All my questions were answered and I had a detailed eye examination and scan

Everyone was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out some great new frames.

Staff were very nic, welcoming and professional. Could have offered me the cheaper frames instead of going straight for the dearest option. But overall very good. 😊

I went to get my ear wax removed and they couldn't, because they're not professional enough, they told me I should come back another day. I've had ear problems for at least 7 years and I've been to other professionals and they managed to remove the wax themselves, while the first time these guys from specsaver didn't do it. bad service. I don't recommend it to anyone, look for others, not them.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff

I was seen very quickly. The young woman who tested my eyes, she is the owner of this branch, explained the photos of my eyes, she told me my eyes were healthy, and I felt very well cared for. I chose my new frames and got some sunglasses, with my prescription in them too. I'm just waiting to go pick them up.

Good service unfortunately the glasses were a week late being delivered

My visit to specsavers was fine, my eye test went ok closing the glasses wa ok but when I got the glasses e few days later I just can't were them for long periods so wearing my old glasses now and the new ones are gathering dust in s draw.

Upon arriving at Specsavers Huddersfield I noticed 2 employees outside Helping a elderly gentleman into the store one of the ladies was called Mariya she went above and beyond in her role, a true credit to your staff, she also looked after my 5 year old grandson a true professional

i was having trouble reading my laptop screen and the optician knew exactly what i needed. a week later i picked up my glasses and my laptop experience has more than doubled my reading experience. thanks specsavers.

Had an eye test was told needed new glasses, after 2 attempts with different lenses was told to stick with old glasses. Only reason for 2 stars is I got my money back.
