Had an appointment at Abington street,Northampton at 14:55 and arrived 10 minutes early,for my contact lense assessment and prescription.Was told to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly.After 25 minutes after 14:55 i made a complaint to the receptionist .The director Jude was close by , noted what was said, but was ,like his staff apathetic and just totally not interested in the lack of customer service. I was going to buy some glasses,since a few weeks prior i had my prescription.I was also going to get some contact lenses also. It wasnt just the waiting but poor or non service that annoyed me,the lack of care and lack of empathy/service. Since this director took over service levels have plummited. Never again will i use them.

Helpful staff and great service

The service was poor, and in my case, I didn't like the treatment I received from the reception staff. They weren't kind enough to assist me properly when handing me the glasses. Everything had to be done while I was standing, and I have back problems. It caused me a lot of pain in my legs and spine. I had to stand the entire time.

Friendly and helpful staff, calming atmosphere

Disgraceful use of the Astley, Whistle distribution centre. Ruining people's lived and homes. Low morals, no care for customers.

It was very easy to get my new glasses was great to be able to see what number bus was coming due to needing my distance seeing 👀 sorted thank you specsavers

Got two glasses which are great. One glasses and other sunglasses. Both are done on far distance. Only problem when buy 2 for 1, I couldn’t have a choice of near distance and far distance on each glasses. End up with 2 glasses far distance.

I was happy with the service i got (getting eyes checked and finding glasses)
I have never had any problems with specsavers (exeter) so keep the good work up

I find the staff very pushy and how they speak to you is a joke
The prices are not very good either

Very friendly , pleasant, helpful and as I suffer from Anxiety, it made it a lot less stressful.
