WRONG ITEM

The service was nice, the lady kept confirming that these were the right glasses in a reassuring voice. But as I tried the glasses on I realised that they have given me the WRONG glasses, this is pretty hard to adjust to as i have very bad vision and have had a car crash because of my vision. This ruined my work life thanks specs!

Great service

In my many visits to the Macarthur Square store the staff have always been very friendly and professional. Today I was attended to by Nikita who made me feel very welcome and provided great service. Thank you Nikita.
