Quick service, H endorsement eye test

I was required to do an eye test as part of a H endorsement review for my licence. Spec savers could see me one hour after requesting a test. Such quick service i never expected. The testing was pleasant and complete, and the staff are attentive and constantly checking in on you while you wait.

Welcome Spec Savers to Caloundra

The whole experience was very well managed from the time I entered the shop till the time I returned to pick up and fit. Very personalised service. The whole team worked well together.
Happy to recommend a family and friends and I’m pretty sure the Caloundra store is gonna get very busy thank you!

There is still great service in this day and age and I got that st spec saver Helensvale

Going to Spec Saver at Helensvale Westfield was a great experience. All the staff members were fantastic and very helpful and a very special mention to the Opptomitrist that tested my eyes she was most helpful and helped me fix the problem I had and then the follow up was excellent as well. I highly highly recommend Spec Saver Helensvale Westfield shopping center.

Love the Clarkson Specsavers Store

Love the Clarkson Specsavers Store. The Staff are sensational and nothing is too much trouble. Very thorough eye and ear testing and a great range of glasses.

Great service but changed policy

I live Specsavers Chadstone for convenience and friendly staff however the new policy to not fit lenses to my expensive evening wear/going out D&G pair was very disappointing. This was my only gripe. Hubby and I will look for a store that provides this and all services.
