I had a great experience at the Greenford broadway branch staff are so helpful and friendly and there was no time wasting straight in and got seen within 5 mins.Hazel was so helpful and made me feel at easy and her friendly manner made me feel comfortable whilst having my eye tests done would recommend this branch to friends and family

Im am so mad cause my glares had a…

Im am so mad cause my glares had a piece broke where the handle is to protect from banding. Well not even a week ago I had to go and replace the frame to a new frame, they charged me a dwaabled woman 50£ to reach it and guess it broke again.
They are terrible will not be using them again and ill make sure they refund me my money back. Cause eit didn't even last t days and it broke again. And im quite good looking after my glasses.so I know dor sure its bad product they are selling us . So dont go for the 2 in 1 price cause they are useless. So unhappy with the glass fram . When they should make sure tjat it dont happen again.

Specsavers Online Ordering is amazingly good.

I used the online process to order my prescription glasses. It was a very easy process. Selected my frames using the virtual try on which was very effective. Selected my lens choices and then Input my prescription. The only thing that isn't clear is that to get the buy one get one free deal, you have to go back and add another pair of glasses to your basket, you don't automatically get a second pair free. Other than that very easy and quick. Day one submitted order, Day two order dispatched, Day three arrived. Amazing!

Excellent and quick service

Excellent and quick service. Good range of frames and took advantage of two for £70. Got one pair as sun glasses great tint

Absolutely fantastic optician explained…

Absolutely fantastic optician explained everything in detail and the tall girl was absolutely fantastic..all staff friendly had helpful .. but experience on Saturday 28th april! Picking up my glasses ..staff not friendly who did my fitting..the tall girl was there but busy .but Made time to come say hi and bye...girl trainee on 25th april wasn't friendly at all..sorry ..tryed talking today 7the lady..but I felt uncomfortable left without having my glasses fixed proply..loose still ..just wanted to leave ..sorry tall girl and others was fantastic 👏 👌

Home visit let down

I had an appointment booked for a home visit between 1-5pm no one turned up, so I called up at 4pm as time was going by, I spoke to someone and they told me they can see my appointment time, and told me she’d get in contact with them and they would give me a call to let me know.
No one turned up and no one called me I was not expecting this kind of treatment
It is not acceptable and bad practice on their part.
Specsavers gave me the impression that they are here to help home visit but this was not the case.

It was an absolute pleasure from my eye tests through to choosing my new glasses with Jennifer who was a great help in getting the right shape and design to suit me until I picked them up today when Jennifer was there again to do all the little tweaks I am more than pleased with both my glasses and sunglasses. My experience with specsavers was great…

My experience with specsavers was great I was greeted with a smile and told to wait I wasn't waiting long before I was seen for my first little test the lady was very understanding as I struggled with the tests she then told me they were running behind by 15 minutes and I was happy to wait bit I didn't wait long before I was called in to see the optometrist after my eye test I was ask to go and pick some glasses and Jonathan was there to help and with his help and my sister's I picked to frames one of which will be sun glasses I am very happy with the service I received I always go to specsavers for my glasses as they are always so nice.
