30 minute wait to collect glasses in…

30 minute wait to collect glasses in Weston-Super-Mare store. Seems like a lot of colleauges are milling around and I note a sign sayong there are a lot of staff absences. Maybe allocating someone to calling customers to rearrange appoinments early in the day maymake for happier customers.

Fantastic optician and lovely staff but…

Fantastic optician and lovely staff but glasses have still not arrived and I needed them by the weekend as promised. I'd still recommend them though.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Didn't have to wait long to have my eyes tests. After selecting my frames, the lady that helped me finalise my order was very nice and not pushy at all with add ons.

Visit to Specsaverseen on time

I was able to walk in without an…

I was able to walk in without an appointment and be served for ordering glasses. I had my eyes tested 2 months previously but wasn’t given my copy of prescription and was told they’d send me it in an email. Staff were obliging so couldn’t fault the customer service.

SPECSAVERS JUST PERFECT

We go each year for our eye tests to Specsavers in Largs where Imran looks after us so well. Imran is an outstanding optician who is extremely professional who always displays great care and patience. Our glasses are always absolutely perfect so why go anywhere else.

The members of staff are all extremely professional and helpful and glasses are always very well priced.

Useless service

I was asked to make an appointment for a triage inspection prior to a routine two year review of my hearing. This coincided with totally losing the hearing in one ear (even with hearing aid in). The girl confirmed I had wax in my ear and offered an appointment for clearing it in five weeks time!!! I had told her I was totally deaf in that ear - useless service, I immediately went private, problem solve
