Things are improving
Initially informed customers on their website that they would not be covered for Coronavirus related cancellation, but since then have contacted me and told me I should be able to make a claim if I cannot obtain a refund for the cancelled flights, which is good news.

Invalid agent??
I have travel insurance for this year with this company I have tried to get a new quote through my email address/contact but comes up as agent invalid. Also tried to get quotes through search engine which comes up invalid agent??? Very confused and concerned.

Avoid like the Coronavirus
Avoid like the Coronavirus, spent over 25 mins on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I never have been able to speak to anyone about what’s happening regarding travelling from the uk to the states after trumps scaremongering. Luckily BA will allow us to change dates but I need to know about accommodation claims. Looks like I’ll never know

Was a very straight forward online…
Was a very straight forward online process. As someone with Type 1 diabetes I liked the ease of completing the medical questionnaire.
As we haven't yet travelled I am unable to comment about any claims process.

A stress-free experience
My wife and I renewed our travel insurance with Spectrum and were very pleased with the helpful and considerate manner with which we were treated. Our health issues were fully and properly considered before an entirely reasonable cost of insurance was determined and agreed.
