Insurance policy is excellent; buying it is a trying experience!

Very easy to renew my travel insurance

Only wanted travel insurance for 1 week & despite the fact this was the cheapest on compare the market.com it also gave me all the cover i needed. As with all companies though the big test comes if you have the unfortunate need to make a claim!

Agent was very Knowledgeable but we did struggle to understand each others accents, however apart from that it was a quite simple procedyre.

I like the way I used moneysupermarket.com and instead of actually having to go all through the effort of applying for holiday insurance online then being told I have to ring because of my pre existing medical condition like normal. I would actually get what I wanted and complete it all online and choose spectrum as was the cheapest and gave exactly what covers everything required.

Quick efficient and helpful when I rang to say I did not have a printer so could they send me a hard copy.

It was a straight forward and easy process of getting quote and implementing.

I was rather surprised to receive a renewal which was too high then had an amendment considerably cheaper - why was that not the quote in the first place

Never can tell how good a policy is until you have a claim.
As I have just purchased the policy and not on holiday for a few weeks yet and definitely not looking to claim,can't really say much more.

Very easy to deal with over the phone to take down details and to provide quotation (and then payment.
My only gripe is that when you have other policies already in force with them why they cannot simply call up the previous medical declaration, go through that and ask if there are any changes or updates. This would be much quicker than having to start from scratch each time.
