Used for the first time last year, good company had to make s minor claim for doctors visit whilst on a cruise, no problem, fast and efficient.
Used again this year for renewal very competitive price.

Needed travel insurance for my 16 y/o daughter to travel with her dance troupe. Instant cover that gave all the basics - we will know if the cover is as good as the service, if she needs to claim! Praying we never find out!

Renewed again this year for the I don’t even know how many times
Hate the process of renewing my travel insurance. Especially dislike the endless repetition of facts and conditions etc.
A necessary inconvenience though but it took 40 minutes!!!
Very kind and pleasant staff member though.
Wish it was possible to go ‘off script’ to discuss more complex situations.
