I once got some studio lights from Speed Graphic and they started going wrong towards the end of the warranty period. SG resolutely refused to refund or pay for repair so I was forced to resort to the small claims court who upheld my claim. I now only buy things from them that cannot break.

Having never used Speedgraphic before I was a little wary, I needn't have been as everything was first class. Easy to navigate website, good and secure payment, brilliant communication and super fast delivery. All in all a very pleasant transaction and I will sure use Speedgraphic again; thank you.

The website buying experience was good. Sadly we had to return the item as we were disappointed with it. The cost of return was £16. which was a cost to us. Under the distance selling law postage should be paid by the supplier. However, Speedgraphic had it written in their T&C that return postage would not be paid for by them. Not really good enough in this day and age with web purchases when you have not been able to view and handle the item. All other companies we deal with are responsible for returns.

Very prompt service with almost a 24hr turnaround for service which is amazing. Items which were out of stock on the website were nevertheless posted onto me and arrived with 48hrs of the first package. I ordered two packages in one evening so paid the two separate package post prices (my fault). Very happy with the products while were in original packaging and in pristine condition.
